The fastest man (Bolt) would have placed in 5th place, had he ran the same time in 2012. Don't you think it's interesting how everyone is so much slower? It may have something to do with dozens of sprinters including: Tyson Gay,Asafa Powell ,Yohan Blake and Drugstin Gatlin getting caught on PEDs in 2013/2014

This is not about Bolt. I am asking why the times are significantly slower, could it be that the drug testing has been kicked up a notch?

Prime age for sprinting is between 25-29. Yohan blake is 26, he was 22 in 2012. He should be faster not slower. Bolt is 29, he shouldn't be that much slower then he was in 2012.
Degrasse is 21 and he did 9.91 so much slower then previous 3rd places.

its less than 2/10ths of a second, and if you watched the race you'd see that bolt enters cruise mode when he passes the competition. Dude even has time to smile at the camera and look at the clock :
