Stephen stands about 6'3 with a weight of 190 lbs exactly. He is shown to have a well defined body type for his height and weight, mostly coming from his dedication to staying physically at its peak and seeing his body as a temple for physical and spiritual energies. He has Grey eyes and black hair that is white at the temples, though he keeps his hair short and well groomed. He sports a greenish-blue tunic that reaches to his upper thighs and has a darker green Gryffindor symbol on the chest area. Over his hands are golden-yellow armor-like gloves that reach to his elbows and protect his hands from direct contact with things but also allows for direct contact jutsu to be used. On his lower body he wears the same color pants, with golden-yellow armor-like boots that reach his mid shin. Over all of this he wears a red cape with the collar unfolded upwards and is lined with the same golden-yellow color as his gloves and boots. On each of his hips, he has aluminum 3 section staves that are only about 3 feet long each, used directly for his Custom fighting style.
Personality:
Stephen is known to be a very pleasant, polite and compassionate man overall. He makes friends and allies easily, and is always there when they need him to be. This is even shown to be true even if he had to break rules just help others out. He can be well aware of consequences that could be held against him but his sense of Chivalry always seems to put what "needs" to be done before little rules.
Stephen's adaptability and ingenuity are also noteworthy. He has defeated vastly superior foes by means of his resolve and resourcefulness on many occasions. He doesn't always rely on brute power to take someone out, rather he uses unrivaled wit and on-the-go planning to get the job done.
Stephen is still sometimes troubled by the selfish, petty behavior he exhibits when it comes to showing how brave he is. He tries to avoid situations where his bravery is tested, but any time this is put to the test (ex. Fighting Death Eaters alone) he finds himself making rash decisions that sometimes put him in bad positions.

History:
Childhood/Hogwarts Enrollment:
Stephen was born into a very prestigious "Muggle" family, his father being a very rich Surgeon. For the first few years of his life he lived a pretty solid, normal life; If being the richest kid in his academy was normal. Once he turned 13, he was contacted by his mother whom he didn't know much about. His father of course was bothered by this, seeing as he had taken Stephen away from her due to the life she was born into. Stephen's mother was a pure blood Wizard who grew up in Hogwarts. She filled him in on the fact that he was Wizard himself; A half blood to be exact. She invited the young Stephen to the school for Wizards, telling him he could be enlightened to his other half and of the Mahou that he was entitled to. Being interested mostly in discovering more about his mother, but also this "Wizard" blood she spoke of, he ran away from home and enrolled into Hogwarts which changed his life altogether.

Tools and Such: Stephen is very adept in the use of the Wind release, which is his first affinity and also his signature element. Stephen is one of the most advanced Wind release user in his Generation, being able to perform every Wind technique with one handseal. Stephen's second elemental affinity is the Earth release, he is also very adapt at using earth techniques at an accelerated speed. Being even on par with high level Iwagakure shinobi. Stephen has exactly 6 swords hidden within his attire, each one are razor sharp and fully capable of conducting Wind chakra. They are comparable to Kirabi's eight blades but about 2/3 of the length. He is also an exceptional genjutsu user also, his skill with genjutsu is so vast that it is said to rival even those of the Uchiha's. Most of his techniques focus around Pain; primarily using pain as a medium to torture his opponent, he would torture "darker" enemies rather than kill them quickly; something he chalks up to just "teaching them lessons". He also has fairly above average speed, reflexes and tracking due to his intense Taijutsu training, Kenjutsu mastery and harsh training over many styles of close combat. His tool pouch is filled with steel crafted boomerangs but with the sizes comparable to small shuriken, the boomerangs taking the place of the Shuriken to be used in the same way. Each boomerang would have an explosive tag and 5 senses disorder tag placed on them, being able to be remotely activated at will.
Being born Ambidextrous, Stephen is able to weild weapons such as his Wand and boomerangs with either hand and be equally effective with which ever one he is using. While in combat with just a single sword or stave he usually switches hands alot due to being so used to using two swords at once.
Wands
The basic weapon any Kisei possesses, allows them to channel their chakra to perform techniques and use Mahou and certain Ninjutsu without the requirements generally associated with these, instead using verbal commands known as incantations or, in some cases, movements. They are made from wood from the Jubi's dormant form and amplified and augmented by special chakra based items. Stephen's personal wand consists of Ashwood and Veela Hair, specializing in Charms and Wind based abilities.

Scrolls:
Topography scrolls - Stephen, being a keen user of Earth Release carries many topography scrolls, both blank and ready-made with an ink pen strapped to it. His ready-prepared scrolls consist of three designs. The 1st causes a large maze with thirty meter tall walls to emerge from the ground. A unique feature about the maze is the spikes protruding from the top of each wall, preventing anyone from mounting themselves on the wall. Another unique look to it is the numerous Tiglon body designs that cover the surface of all the walls.
The second scroll has a huge earthen pyramid drawn on it, thus turning the terrain into a massive pyramid that covers up to 60 meters around and stands 75 meters in height, leaving the user and everything around trapped in a dark, hallow pyramid.
The last scroll is quite simple. It creates numerous 20m tall, 8m thick walls that stand merely 5 meters apart side by side and front to back, spanning out into a 50m radius thus creating a field of huge walls around the terrain.
All these topography Scrolls are used for the Wheel of Fortune technique or Topography control technique.
Elemental Jutsu scrolls - Attached to his left leg are pre-made scrolls for three different elemental techniques that require it, just to have them ready.

- 2 Mud wolves technique
Stephen, through deep study of rare animals and traveling the world, came into contact with a special breed of animals. A very powerful and ferocious species called Tiglons, a species superior to the breeds it was infused with. They caught Stephen's eyes the moment he saw them, so he made a pact with the Tiglons that he will forever protect them as long as they aid him in battle. With this blood oath made, they granted him ownership of the contract and all of the Tiglons tied to the contract. He has marked himself with a special Tiglon Summoning tattoo in two different places; One is placed on the inside of his bottom lip, while the other is placed on his left hand. Strapped to his waist he carries 6 small vials of his own blood, being small enough to be crushed with little force and giving him easy access to his own blood without bringing any harm to his own body..
