I'm trying to figure out when did Naruto save Sakura besides the sasuke reunion, when she absolutely did nothing to defend herself, so it really wasn't saving.... I don't recall anything else, in the gaara fight she only got hurt because Naruto was too scared to do anything so she protected sasuke

The first is filler, the second is tsunade, and 2 of the remaining 3 scans are the same scene. But I guess only posting 2 actual scans wouldn't have helped your argument....

I'm bringing manga scans, but your first one is filler and the second one is Tsunade, not Sakura. Two of those are the same situations, of Naruto being healed after his heart stopped and post his Kyuubi transformation.

That makes it...six to two, five to two if you want to count the Sasuke aided saves as half-saves.
