How Strong is Kakashi Now?

Legit question. We all know that Kakashi is strong--pretty strong, in fact. But because of his gifted Sharingan, he was constantly drained of chakra--as it was always activated--even while covered (although significantly less straining than when uncovered). My question is how strong do you think he is without the Sharingan. Any more or any less?

I think we'd be able to see what he can really do when he doesn't have the Sharingan. Because of the Sharingan, he was able to copy over a thousand jutsus and techniques, which in and of itself makes him an extremely capable ninja. Without the constant drainage of chakra and significant depletion of it because of the Sharingan, he'd be able to showcase many more techniques without exhausting all of his chakra in a short amount of time.

Besides, the Narutoverse is filled with incredibly strong ninjas (probably more than 30), and only 5 of them had Sharingans, 6 if you include Kakashi, so you can't really say that he'll be weaker without it.

Sharingan Kakashi > No Sharingan Kakashi, if that fight would ever happen Sharigan Kakashi takes it, unless no sharingan Kakashi learned a new jutsu I don't know about

Not really, without his sharingan his taijutsu won't be any better and his best weapon chidori is stripped from him.

Even with the sharigan precog, your reaction speed needs to be top notch in order to make use of precog. So he's still got quick reactions. and he doesnt need chidori. hes got mud wall, water dragon, raiton shadow clone feints, water shockwave. earth mole

digger etc. All Asuma got are the tools and ash fire justu which can be counter by mud wall or mole diiger than blitz to behind. Honestly aa long as kakashi keeps his distance via raiton shadow clone, which will provide an opening, its water shockwave gg.

No, If i know where you're about to throw a punch my reaction speed doesn't need to be as good because I literally know where you're punching, yeah I still need to be able to move but not nearly as fast as reacting based on normal sight. But yeah he probably is above Asuma because he's underwhelming but definitely nowhere near Guy before his leg was broken, Guy would obliterate him now

Kakashi's Purple Lightning from the novel is his new armature move. It's probably stronger than Chidori. But yeah, without the Sharingan, Kakashi loses many of his key strengths.

Jonin are elites. (not targeting this next part at you but) Just because a character is being compared to god-level shinobi it doesn't mean that they're fodder. If the standard for being good or fodder is based on the top 1% then 99% would be considered fodder even if they were all SLIGHTLY behind. A grenade might not be a nuke but it will still kill you. Kakashi isn't as strong as the strongest but hey--he doesn't have tailed beasts or free eyes anymore giving him his current power. Doesn't mean he's BAD just not brokenly powerful.

And let's be honest--how can we make fun of fodder when any Chunin or higher could kill us with ease. (So you say Aquaman sucks? What are your super powers?)

Really? I thought he would atleast be there, I gave him the benefit of retaining the jutsu he copied & he wasn't dumb, he also had more experience. I guess Kirin gives Sasuke the edge. Idk I thought he was right around that level, He's atleast beginning of Shippuden Sasuke level though.

Lol seriously, you guys act like the Sharingan made him a god. The only things he could do with that Sharingan was cast Kamui and predict movements, which really aren't that significant when you look at Minato, who couldn't predict movements or cast Kamui, or Hashirama, Hiruzen, Jiraiya, Orochimaru, the Third and Fourth Raikage, Killer Bee--you see where I'm going with this. I mean, even Naruto, who only has two jutsus in his arsenal.

He had one Sharingan, and he wasn't even an Uchiha. Don't overestimate those facts.
