Listen my thing is this , it was only noted that either Sasuke's Rinnegan,BZ & Edo tensei user aren't affected. But being that Naruto is the main character I do believe he woulda been able to withstand the IT thanks to Plot shield because if you sit there and think about it, when Kaguya used IT the first time , how did Hamura survive if he never had a Rinnegan ? He only had Byugakan , RSM , tsb and etc , he most likely had to use something , probably tsb but yet again saying that is just too far fetched . . With that being said I can understand what y'all fanboys are trying to say but at the same time, y'all are just going off of pure assumptions and not actual fact.
The manga stated that only Sasukes Rinnegan , BZ , & Edos can withstand it , it is indeed an actual fact. Y'all saying Naruto probably can is an assumption not a fact because if it was the case then he would've done it . .

Sasuke only came down as a precaution. You have no idea what would've happened if Sasuke didn't come down, other than Kakashi and Sakura being caught.
Like I said you nor anyone else can prove or say that Naruto can or can't resist/defend against IT.

well if it doesn't affect them then chakra has part in it and if it does affect them well rinnegan, Edo tensei and bz are the only counters and naruto wouldn't be immune.

Naruto can't. That is why Sasuke needed to cover Naruto inside his Susanoo to protect him from IT.
And for the bashers:
Naruto and Sasuke are equal in power that is why Naruto has the tailed beasts and their chakras while Sasuke has the Eyes of the creator of Shinobi. I.T. can only be done if the user has both the Rinnegan and the chakras of the tailed beasts. This would need Sasuke to kill Naruto to complete the requirements for the technique , which is rather impossible since Sasuke can't kill Naruto without dying in the process.

You need to be the Jinchuuriki of the Juubi (or chakra from the 9 bijuu) and have the Rinnegan to cast IT. You need the same to undo IT. Sasuke has the rinnegan which helped block out the light from IT, even though it was said few pages/panels before (or chapter/s) that the light can pierce everything. Naruto has the chakra of the 9 bijuu which helped undo IT and the sages body. Why is it so far fetched to believe that he can counter as well. I mean you can't disprove it. Plus like i said above IT was supposed to pierce everything but it somehow didn't work on the Edo Hokages, Black Zetsu and Obito. Meaning it can be countered without the rinnegan and it can't pierce everything. Disprove what i said if you can.
