1-learn how implant sharingan by himself into his own eyes sockets.

2-activate Susano without using sharingan..

3-fight and struggle to obtain new power ups and not receive them as gift by hagoromo..

4-become the Juubi jinchuriki and have both uchiha and senju powers (yin and yang)

5-have considerable knowledge about shinobi world and different types of jutsus...

Lmaooo sasuke is >> madara when no jubbi is involved and if you need proof just look at jubbi jin madara getting impaled then bisected one after the other in the manga all your other points are literally opinions

While Sasuke ended up having a wife and daughter who love him, as well as choosing to finally accept Naruto's friendship, Madara was a sore loser even after being killed by Hashirama, to the point of being annoying.
