Like Kakashi trains all 3 instead of 2

Tsunade and Orochimaru trains Sakura and Sasuke around the time Naruto was trains, however, because Sasuke had the curse mark at that time, he probably would have to be nerfed to not being trained, and Sakura would just have her strength and healing, if that makes sense.

I believe Sakura would, because not only is her Chakra control the best of the three, she is also the smartest, and the fastest learner.
She is show to master jutsu on her first try, the tree climbing

Her intellect, Mastering a taijutsu style, and vast medical ninjutsu in 2 year, when I think i took Sasuke a year to just master chidori and lee's speed.
Sakura can do it in a matter of days, if Kakashi teaches her ninjutus and genjutsu in addition to her medical prowess

Then Sasuke is next, Sasuke months-1year
and naruto is last- Naruto...2 years

But that was basically just for Sakura, because Tsunade was her only teacher, Kakashi in this senario would've taught her something

Sasuke took an entire year timeskip to learn Chidori, while Sakura took roughly a couple of days to learn mystical palm.
Keeping in mind that if Tsunade and Kakashi taught Sakura at the same time, she would have Suiton, Doton, and Genjutsu. Sakura ninjutsu learning ability seem to be more advanced than Sasuke's copying ability, it was said in the manga during the Gaara fight that Sasuke had to work hard despite copying the jutsu to learn them.

Though we don't know how long it took for her to hone her taijutsu.

she learns quick enough, but sasuke had to learn first nature manipulation then also had to learn how to match lees speed while maintaining chakra control.
(mind you what sasuke copied from lee is pure tai, and sasuke no chakra vs sakura no chakra, straight tai is an ass whoopin. you know it)

also, after sasuke mastered nature manipulation he took on shape manipulation on his own, Sakura would still have had to store up chakra for her seal for however long. theres no way her smarts could keep up with sasukes sharingan copy ability.
he could legit just recruit a couple jonin a week to exhaust all their jutsu and he could copy every jutsu they know.
even if they ended up being equal he would still have the innate advantage of precog from 3t sharingan.
he would excel farther, faster.

Sakura gets stabbed to death without the byakugou seal or someone protecting her from team 7. So it would at least take 3+ more years over Sasuke or Naruto for Sakura to store chakra to be able to use the byakugou so that she could get stabbed and not die. After that she needs to learn Taijutsu other than jumping and hitting the ground. Then she needs to learn how to act like a ninja and then......

Well I think I see what you're saying but you have to take into account how much they were taught. Naruto and Sasuke learned a bit more techs then Sakura so by the time Sakura finishes her training, Naruto and Sasuke would probably be learning the last of their techs...this includes the new techs they didn't learn under their masters (RasenShuriken and Kirin) Sakura has no such tech other than Byakugou but that isn't soley unique to her.

But I'd say Naruto (thanks to the Kage Bushin training trick Kakashi taught him)then Sasuke like probably hours behind, then Sakura

At the end of the day she wouldn't surpass them but she would've been respectful. Med-nin with sage mode and a Genjutsu master. Impressive given that she doesn't have blessing holy spirits latched onto her like Naruto or Sasuke.
