Oops, read the question wrong. Though you were asking why the law of conservation of matter existed.

I don't know. That's the only answer anyone should ever give, and if anyone says anything different, they are lying, or delusional, or both.
in that case we obviously can't rule out a guiding force in the universe. It's obvious that religion has the markings of mans influence, but a deity of driving force of the universe seems plausible.

im sorry bro. but you, like all religious sheep, make no sense whatsoever. but **** logic, i guess. who needs logic when you have the bible/quran
First of all, I like how you put everything in the quote just so I'd have to take my time to respond to you. And don't ever talk about logic when you, like you claim religious people do, just ignored nearly every fact I gave you.

The first two modern humans to spawn from more primitive humanoid species were Adam and Eve. Yes, that is my belief. And it amazes me how you try to put yourself in our shoes during these arguments, yet continue to deny all the divine (nigh supernatural) events that would have to have occurred if the Bible was absolutely truthful. It wasn't just some talking snake. It is Satan speaking to Eve through the snake, which if God and Satan do exist, is absolutely plausible.

Of course it's all done by men. This is the one thing I hate about most atheists and the one reason kinda/sorta respect Dawkins and Bill Nye. They base their arguments off of scientific evidence. Anyone who says "Well God allows such horrible things to happen, so he can't be real." should shut up and know their place. God gave us free will to do anything we want, which includes worshipping other gods or none at all, as well as travesties like genocide and world poverty. And as messed up as it is, that's why he's considered a loving God, because doing something to make us believe in him is no different from an abusive master forcing his servants to submit to him. And yes, there are many differences, for the same reason there's a thousand differences when you use Google Translate on manga pages.

What part of "If one believes in the God-given abilities certain of the prophets had" did you not understand? You're listing feats all believed to be aided by the power of God which, if he does exists, is correct. Again, the only one that should make you question some things is Noah's Ark. And I didn't say 'fake'. I said there are logical gaps when you introduce scientific evidence that can't be ignored. I know the revelance of that story in the biblical timeline, though, so I can set that single issue aside.

Yes, the Greeks did. Roughly two hundred years AFTER Isaiah claimed it was a disc. Your point?

I'm sorry, bro. But you, like all atheist wolves, try too hard to adjust everything to fit the laws of physics you've been led to believe define everything in this universe. But forget imagination, I guess. No one ever benefited from having it.

i'm in no way religious, but explain to me how you believe all matter in the universe came to be under the current law that matter can't be created or destroyed. GO ahead.
Well first of all you have to understand: our current everyday laws for physics dont apply in the very extreme situations. (Supermassiv black holes/ quantum mechanics etc) second you have to understand that the thing you call reason is very limited. For example. If i told you youd only have to fold a piece of paper like 42 times to reach the moon youd say im insane. Because the human brain cannot think exponentionally. We cannot understand that but we can calculate. Once weve hit 92 folds our paper would be thick enough to cover the lenght of the observable universe. Crazy right? Just shows you how simple our minds are. Once you understand that youll know asking "what was before where did it all come from" istnt as easy as you thought. But i rather say i dont know for sure but i trust the scientists who know math very well and dedicated their lifes in research rather than some delusional religious idiots who praise a millenia old book and make billions off of their followers.... scientisst make actual sense. They back it up as good as they can. Unlike religions.

Bro you didnt give me one single fact. Youre claiming all of humanity came from 2 individuals called adam and eve, the latter one being born from his rib.... pretty much all your claims, which you like to call facts, are from the bible. The bible which, you know was a) written by men b)written during a time people still believed in witches, ghosts, demons etc c)full of contradictions both with science/history/paleontology as well as the bible itself. You guys cant even decide on one boook and have 2 different versions....not to mention all the differences made during the 2k years this was "copied" and rewritten over and over. And youre saying, youre seriously saying, that this is more valid and legit than the work of scientist of the past 300years. Scientist which you know, they kinda actually work. planes do fly. Medicine works. Powerplants work... but whenever something is convenient for you to deny cause it contradocts that broken ancient book you say west scientists are wrong? You my friend are brainwashed... delusional and narrow minded.

btw homo sapiens as they are now have been around for roughly 80.000-100.000years.... there never were 2 specific humans which finally were homo sapiens. Thats not how evolution works...but then again im trying to explain actual science to a mentally 5year old who actually believes this stuff... i guess its my own fault. Never mind. Keep wasting your time and life believing and praying. But at least do the rest of the world a favour and dont spread your nonsense around. For its viral and does serious damage... and there is no cure to this. Sadly there isnt a cure for stupidity

Hence my disrespect for most atheists. Why do you keep saying I'm stupid and I disregard all scientific discovery? Some of the most important scientists in history were religious in some respect (and to my knowledge, never claimed loss of their faith) - Copernicus, Newton, Galileo, Heisenberg, Schroedinger, and yes, even Einstein. I myself greatly enjoy astronomy and love hearing about every new discovery they make in the cosmos. And you do realize that theologians have gone up against Dawkins multiple times in the past and consistently given strong arguments for the existence of a Creator. Religious people aren't all blind to the facts scientific discovery has unearthed. They just happen to take their facts from one more book than the rest of them.

Yes, somewhere on down the line, mutation had to appear in two individuals before it appeared in two million, hence the emergence of every new species, including Homo sapiens. It was written by men who saw spectacular events which we weren't there to witness. Everything up until roughly the last 3-4 centuries was also written in a time where people believed in witches, demons and ghosts and they still exist in small numbers. Have you ever seen one of those ghost hunting shows, it's ridiculous. And I do believe in demons just as I do Angels, though I certainly don't believe you'll find them anywhere but in Hell. We can't decide on one book because there's a thousand different languages to print it in and cause translators come out with different interpretations all the time. Have you ever looked on Mangahere then switched over to ***********, don't be foolish here.

And when did I ever say scientists were wrong? Not once during this entire debate. And don't even dare come back with "The fact that you're religious shows that you think they're wrong." I've given you a list of my fellow believers, so have a go at them and their legacies, why don't you? You won't because unlike them, you're completely uneducated on the entire Creationist debate and keep coming back to the notion that no matter how smart they've proven themselves, religious people can never amount to the brainpower of any more than a five year-old. As someone whose little brother isn't much older than that, please respond some time. I'm quite used to these pointless back-and-forths.

That's why we have you.
funny how i am the uneducated one when its you guys whose source of knowledge and science is a fairy tale book:)

that's not like a standard size sheet of paper though. that whole paper thing is dependent on the size of the paper being folded.

Don't you follow Lord of Kaos and Kumo members around cuz they made you salty?

Na, when I click new posts sometimes RP threads are at the top and I click them. Sometimes I dislike and neg for shits and giggles. Literally can't remember anyone in Kumo, besides demon (?) and some killer bee fan with a killer bee bio.

Are you still getting bullied and harassed by Autistic and the other guy?

if you are talking about the bibble i agree. But i think you should open your mind and search knowledge in other doutrines. I think all religions are biased attemptive by humans to try to explain their origin. And probably none is the ultime truth, but every line has some -pale- truth in the end.

Eh... i particularly hate the christian church - not christians in general, but the instituition - so who follow any ideology withouth question it just because their family believe in that, is just dumb. But the ones who criticize without undestand the history of that is equally dumb imo.

Wow, you really are an idiot. You're so insistent on religious people being devoid of knowledge, anything that comes out of their mouth (even if it's in agreement to some of the points you've made) has to be disregarded. And this is why the Creation debate never goes anywhere. Because you truly believe your side is the only one capable of making valid points. Believe me, if there was enough evidence to completely dismiss every religion, the only ones who would still believe either live under a rock or actually are as stupid as you think we all are. But know, the only one uneducated on the debate is you, and I'm sorry it took me this long to realize you were just a troll and interested only in insulting believers and not having an intelligent conversation with them.

And I've seen those videos before, by the way. I know about evolution and don't doubt its existence. And Carrier has the same problem that you do, so why would I take anything he says seriously?

Trying to find the post, but I think the thread was deleted. The comment was funny af tho.
lmfao I remember that.
Ikr lmao. Phone battery suddenly died when I read that shit.

you guys got it wrong. it wasnt shemale. i was talking about a transgender. i said if i hooked up with a hot girl who later revealed she was a guy i wouldnt mind that at all. why would i. its not like i was seduced by that thought or her manlyness, but by her hot looks etc as if it was just a regular girl. why would i bother about what she used to be, when theres a hot girl in front of me? but i dont expect you guys to understand that lol

that's not like a standard size sheet of paper though. that whole paper thing is dependent on the size of the paper being folded.
actually id doesnt really matter that much. the point is the exponentional growth which we are unable to grasp unless we calculate it. of course were talking hypothetically. you cant fold a paper more than a few times. but if you take a simple regular paper and fold it like 42 times you would get the distance to the moon. and it only requires 50 more folds to have the width of the observable universe....
