Itachi does'nt need full susano against alive minato

Absolutely not, but don't confuse Minato with Naruto who would just charge at his enemy with his Rasengan.
Although I believe Itachi has very strong edge in this battle but Minato can manage to tag Itachi and hence render any Susanoo useless.

I'm assuming this is with intel (cuz without it itachi oneshots with genjutsu), so with intel itachi would definately not let minato touch him, he can summon crows so minato does'nt move freely as he would, clones that explode, crow clones etc

Minato's only attacks are rasengan and ftg knife slash. Ribcage susanoo easily tanks them all, and if he covers his ribcage in Amaterasu then minato will have to sacrifice himself to even crack his susanoo ribcage.

Even sick itachi ends it with tsukyomi because sharingan genjutsus are instant

I mean, rib caged susano can block minato's rasengan aswell as any taijutsu or kunai slash, so why even use his v3 susano? Itachi knows he does'nt have all the chakra in the world, so he'll try to minimize the use of chakra, do you guy's honestly think he'll use v3 susano to block a rasengan?? I don't think so
