Are there any TV Shows like Scream? A TV Show that centers around a mystery killer and it revolves on the main characters trying to discover who killer really is and the killers identity comes as a shock/plot twist etc.

I don't mind anime as well.

Well, this isn't exactly like how you described, but Death Note is sorta close to that. It's a great anime, I highly recommend. It's 25 episodes

Danganronpa, definitely. I prefer the games over the anime, but it's still not bad.

Dangan Ronpa I think you'll like it. Also Rampo Kitan game of Laplace. Detective Conan/Case Closed maybe. I also searched anime like Rampo Kitan and found Umineko. Broad Church/Grace Point is a tv show Britain/US starring David Tenant(in both) as a cop trying to solve the death of a child in a small town, that was a really good show. The Following may be something you'd like though the killer's not really a mystery. If you find any of these you like just search shows similar to .....
