Damn todays episode was actually pretty damn sad I still think his childhood storyline is more Sad then Narutos and Sasuke. Also anyone notice the fix they did in the anime compared to the manga.

Naruto and Obito are very alike except Naruto actually became strong to protect his friends (except Neji well he wasn't really that close with that smartass in the first place jk) while Obito always needed to be helped by someone especially Rin. If those tragedies never came to Obito's life he wont be as strong as he is now and would still be a pathetic ninja running behind Kakashi.
