konan, mei, tsunade, Sakura and probably temari. I'd say these 5 in no particular order (id take out tsunade for kurotsuchi if we're talking boruto, and find a replacement for mei as well, oh and konan too I guess)

While I can agree with the first four, I think Yugito Nii (two-tailed beast, that beautiful blue cat) is stronger than Temari, for example.

Even the experience is overwhelming: Temari has 42 official missions, while Yugito Nii has 1.025. Moreover, the latter has 34 times more S rank missions - I actually think Yugito can give a run on their money to any other female mentioned here.

Furthermore, Kurotsuchi over Temari. Three elemental abilities (+lava) over wind release, which brings me to a second point: "wind is strong against lightning but weak against fire".

Just saying... there might be a debate after all.

you are including dead characters so... not sure if kaguya can be considred a ninja... for the ones that are alive i would put sakura in the top 5 list.

as for the current generation, until now i agree with the list, but probably sarada and other females will surpass them.
