Before the Shuriken gets to Sakura, Sasukes Susanoo intercepts it cussing it to break into multiple pieces or individual knives that it's composed of. Notice the Shuriken bursting into parts or multiple knives.

The impact or debris of the collision (Sasukes Susanoo and shins knife made Shuriken) flew into Sakura's direction at a impressionable speed. Shins knives were apart of that impact or debris btw..

Konan was Akatsuki, beat several members of the Aburama clan during the invasion, is the one who beat and recruited Sasori, analyzed the limits of Obito's Kamui and nearly succeeded in killing him (had it not been for Izanagi). Konan was easily Kage level. Not surprising given she was trained by Jiraiya.


Mei was Mizukage and had 2 KKG (Boil/Acid and Lava). The most Sakura has is CES and regen. No good if your melted alive. Plus, Mei fought against Edo Madara and didn't forget to breath, unlike Sakura.

You can't be classed as one of the top tier characters if you're going to heal an enemy who just tried to kidnap your daughter and kill your husband and befriend. Then be surprised when he attacks you later. That makes you one of the stupid/fodder tier characters.

Not even close. Calling her the most powerful/Strongest is laughable at best.

Her only specialty is being a Medic and thats it. She isn't much of a battle type and would get destroyed in CQC by someone who specializes in that field.

What only puts Sakura in top tier aside from well her panels showing her skills and talent is she being able to master Yin Seal Release at a younger age than Tsunade opening doors for a lot of development sooner than the former ever did.

What cement Tsunade (maybe above Sakura despite Sakura's milestones) as one of the strongest are her contributions to the past wars and legacy to medical ninjutsu not to mention Madaea's acknowledgment of her prowess which Sakura barely got.

Konan and Kushina alongside with Mei, Temari and even Kurotsuchi only are placeholders for me. I mean we only can compare between Tsunade and Sakura probably Tsunade and Mei but we all know Mei loses. What mypoint is that, determining the strongest should at least be relative. That is why I dont involve Kushina, Konan, and Mito in these kinds of rankings. They are the strongest in their own. All time ranking is tasking bc we never get to have a diverse development on females. One can only read far off to potential

I wouldn't say that.. Probably in the strength department, maybe.
However, the only feat that Sakura has with the department of chakra control that people may see as better than Tsunade is her ability to use Byakugou without handseals.

However:

1. Tsunade released the Yin seal in part 1 without handseals but then proceeded to use the handseals afterwards.
2. Sakura and Tsunade both released a portion of the Yin seal without handseals when they summoned Katsuyu in the war arc (The only seal they used was a summoning seal).
3. Unlike Sakura, Tsunade needs to put aside a portion of her Chakra to maintain her Youth ninjutsu, a feat that no one really paid attention to (Tazilla88 mentioned it once). I would say that Tsunade has more control because she's balancing 2 techniques at a time (3 if she's using her strength) while Sakura can devote her full chakra reserves to one technique, which is why her strength feats seem bigger.
4. This is a wide assumption but if you look at all the times Tsunade released her seal using handseals, she wasn't in dire need of combat at that point in time, i.e. she didn't need to be in a rush like Sakura when she released her seal. Sakura was running towards Madara while she released her seal so she didn't have time to use handseals. Meanwhile, Tsunade released her seal in part 1 without a seal at first but then used a handseal to activate it (She wasn't running towards Orochimaru but she was proceeding to heal herself while standing still then summoning Katsuyu). She then released her seal while talking to Madara about her 4 rules of medical ninjutsu so she had time to use a handseal for less stress or until her speech was done. There was also the other time when she used Sozo Saisei after appearing on the battlefield but that again, she wasn't in immediate combat at that point in time because she was surrounded by the other Kages. Again that's just an assumption and if it holds true, then Tsunade would have the ability to release her jutsu without seals. I mean the woman did pour all her chakra into Katsuyu while running towards Deva Path in an instant to save her villagers, and she only had a palm sized Katsuyu in her pocket so I guess that was her medium.

I totally forgot about part 1, I wonder how much chakra tsunade actually uses to look young, I think it's a lot, because I think her appearance is more than a illusion. I came to this assumption when I noticed Naruto turned gamabunta into kurama.
He actually changed into the fox, physically not powe wise.

And the databook suggest that the Byakugou transformation does mess with her chakra control because her hand seals and sort of low for someone who has reached the pinnacle of chakra control
