I wanna point out,

All of Naruto's pre-Rikudo speed feats are indirectly implying Minato's speed. Yes he had FTG but that's another stuff, S/T jutsu stuff.
Don't know about Yamato, but B, Tsunade & Kakashi, all of them have seen Minato in action and they'd definitely not mistake FTG for a shunshin blitz.


But I agree, Naruto's the fastest after Rikudo enhancements.

Naruto is the fastest Shinobi alive bar 8th gate Gai.

He's most definitely faster than Sasuke. Faps will just have to accept this fact.

Followed by kaguya, eventhough she was fast, her stats increased tremendously after absorbing chakra (and bout naruto blitzing her, sasuke said he was gonna act as bait, for all we know she was focused on sasuke)

- then it's a tie between prime madara and naruto (I don't think naruto is faster in anyway, coz not once did naruto surprise madara with speed, even while injured madara blocked naruto's speed punch casually), momoshiki is also tied with them, let's not forget how he reacted to ameno and that he did'nt fight naruto alone but sasuke aswell at the same time

- sasuke is just below them in speed, the margin is sooo small though, IMO I think kishi intended for naruto to be faster and giving sasuke ameno to compensate

Then comes toneri/juubito, don't know whose faster between them, just below them should be DMS kakashi

His speed wasn't mistaken for Hiraishin, since the phrase characters use is ''Shunshin'' which translates to Body Flicker, while Hiraishin translates to FTG. Any user who uses the 8th Gate is automatically the fastest, because their speed reaches relativistic speed; do you know how fast is relativistic speed? The speed of light. This puts Gai on par with Marvel characters in speed. Gai is tiers ahead of the second fastest characters, who are Rikudou Senjutsu users.

Naruto Hokage blitzed his son, yes, his GENNIN son. Not a great feat. All jonnin can blitz a gennin or a acdemy student.

The first picture, Bee meant Shunshin, not ftg. Bad translation. Second picture, Naruto surpassed the fastest in his time the Raikage, not Minato said in the picture.

Third image, yes, Kakashi mistake him with Minato becuase the speed, only Minato would have accomplish a feat like that and Naruto right there was equal to the yellow flash.

With rikudou power he bacame way more faster. Now the scan where Naruto blitzed Boruto is cool and you say that the village is big and yes, it is bug but the Hokage's?monument is right behind the building of the hokage, right above the building is the the monument.

I agree that plot restricts Naruto from using his speed a lot, but that's not something specific to just Naruto.

For example look at Sasuke when tries to attack Madara. He gets restrained by limbo and doesn't do anything. Obito didn't even need to fight naruto and sasuke to win, yet he does. Madara and Obito severely hold back against the SA when Naruto loses BM, and then the SA severely hold back against Madara and Obito after the hokages get revived.

Especially in the war arc, many of the main characters and villains were restricted by PIS. I'm not sure if Kishi just really sucks as a writer, or if it's just hard to manage a story with so many events, characters and abilities that you need to keep track of.
