Wait sanji isn't strong sanji has been shown as zoro equal in fighting prowess. It's been hinted at time and time again if the two ever fought it would end in a stalemate compared to dorry and Brogy. It's been shown that there are a multitude of equals in one piece and it has been shown that crew members have fought to a tie over who would lead the crew after the captain is gone. Look at the buggy pirates Cabaji and Mohji fought to a stale mate over control of the buggy pirates

Luffy part i remembered I explained you in another thread which had similar context. I also explained that part in this thread. If somebody sees Luffy's gear 3 attack from some distance then he/she will also think Luffy is giant.

Barto is a fanboy of the entire crew. He fanboyed over Zoro twice, including when Zoro was cutting Pica's statue, he fanboyed over Robin, and calls everyone in the crew "Senpai," just like Luffy.

Barto is a fan of SH crew. He respects all of them by saying sempai at the end of there names but for some reason he said Zoro is VC. Its obvious he is influenced by the Marines report which is showcasing Zoro as SH VC. Same way Urogus must be influenced by those reports.This proves my point that WG sees Zoro as SH FM.

Usopp asked to take over if something happened to Luffy, Luffy said sure. That's the closest Luffy has come to naming a first mate.

If Luffy is gone(like dead) then Zoro and Sanji will most probably dismiss SHcrew like Roger crew disbanded after Roger's death.
