By becoming Hokage, it would have symbolized that the Uchiha were considered allies to the village and the Curse of Hatred they bear could have disappeared entirely.

But then I wonder if Madara would have found a way to make Sasuke his subordinate if he found out about him, pretty sure Itachi would stop that though

Hashirama could've & should've given title to madara as 1st so he wouldn't be upset over tobirama's hating ass after losing all his brothers.

Or everything would be str8 if Madz got to catch a fair one with tobirama.

Itachi was beyond kage level of importance during Minato & Sarutobi's reign. Look at how Sarutobi pussied around killing his mass-murderer of a student which culminated in him destroying the village years later and compare this to Itachi sacrificing his loved ones for the greater good of the village and then protecting the village from akastuki and Rin-lover when he left the village.

Itachi's Hokage reasoning @ age 7 evolved into deity reasoning when he reached his teens.

Didn't Madara say some Uchiha turned his back on him when he said not to trust the Senju even after creating the village? I think if Madara were to be Hokage not as many people would listen and defect from the village. If Hashirama never said he would give the title to Madara, then he wouldn't have been so effected by not being chosen.

As if becoming Hokage is simple. He was still young it would have taken decades for him to be even considered and why would he gain that position in the first place?
Madara was already convinced of his infinite dream plan so that wouldn't have changed, Obito would not have wanted after he saw Rin die, if he had become Hokage instead of the fourth then yea the Uchiha would likely not rebel but that wasn't a possiblity.

Lol read the thread, Kishi drew that panel because it shows the possibility that if he went down a different path he would have became Hokage. It doesn't matter how old you are it matters what you grow up to be and if became Hokage the Uchiha wouldn't have been murdered and Sasuke would still be in the village
