Kōtetsu has poisonous crimson eyes and full-body scars that were inflicted by the continuous fighting in his youth; the most recognizable scar being the large one on his left cheek. Though a bit spiky, his black hair is soft to the touch, and he sports a buzz cut on the sides. It's usually adorned with feathers and a raccoon tail at the nape of his neck, which is worn draped over his left shoulder to rest in the front. A black uniform jacket sits on his shoulders like a cape, and is matched by a white dress shirt, black pants, a loosely knotted tie, and black boots. He also wears two belts that form an 'X' around his waist that holds his sword in place in his back, and the buckle is fashioned after the Konohagakure headband with a gash running through it.
The belts are made of a special fiber that when removed from his waist, forms a three section stave that can be used to fight. By connecting the joints of the staves and bending them, they can be returned to their belt form. He wears a black armband with a red crimson moon embroidery on his left bicep, and on his shoulder is a disfigured Anbu Black Ops tattoo, which serves as a reminder of the time he spent in service of the 6th Hokage.
As a member of the Inuzuka clan Kōtetsu has canine like features, with his nails being as sharp as razors and his teeth having a fang-like look to them. His default choice are Solaris' two golden tails with black stripes, which he can control at will. However depending on his mood other appendages may sprout, such as the ears and so on.

that is fashioned after a wolf either hanging on the left side of his head, or tied to his belt. His battle attire consists of a pair of black pants and gloves, with a red form-fitting shirt. Over that he dons a black, high-collared, long sleeve mantle with red outlines that open up towards the lower half of the garment. Kōtetsu was a man who had never known a real family, and never had the chance to feel truly loved by anyone. Being betrayed by the two people he would have expected such idealistic family nonsense from certainly did nothing to help shape him into a decent human being. His sharp tongue and crudity are only outmatched by his sheer bad temper, and he looks down on almost everyone else around him as trash. Though he doesn't throw childish tantrums, it's clear that not getting his way upsets him a great deal. Don't be mistaken, he does tantrum if angered enough, but it’s generally done in the quiet, heated sort of way that screams of danger and things ill-fated to be destroyed by his rage.
Due to his synesthesia, which is the main cause of his incredibly short temper, he makes an effort to speak only when he needs to and not waste his words, in hopes that he won't have to repeat himself. He enjoys fighting more than anything else, and sometimes loses himself in battle. However, this doesn't mean that he loses his ability to react to any potential danger, nor are his keen mind and deductiveness lessened. Kōtetsu is very self-confident and mostly ever seems to appear happy when he’s throwing out insults.

基礎的な情報|BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Seven months had gone by in what seemed like the blink of an eye now that he looked back at it, yet he could still remember each and everyday. As he, Solaris, and Siris rested in the trees of the redwood forest, Kōtetsu couldn't help but recall the events from his past. The Inuzuka clan that had shunned him. The friends who had betrayed him. The village that had exiled him. And the organization whose fate seemed intertwined with his. They were all unpleasant memories, but it was because of them that he was here now. Thunder boomed from above, and the entire forest shook as a beastly howl echoed through it. The Inuzuka and his ninken bounded through the trees and headed towards the clearing he had discovered just seven months ago.....The place where he had let loose a monster into the woods.
Kōtetsu, Solaris, and Siris were the last to arrive, and as they made their way to the center of the clearing the others turned to face him. To his left was Hati and Skoll, to his right Cana and Thola, and directly before him stood Vraka and Ze'ev. These six were from the Hó’nehe tribe that dwelled in the Redwood Forest, and though normally they would never mingle with outsiders, things had changed. In these past few months they had taken him into their tribe as one of their own, trained him to fight the beast he'd freed, and taught him how to control the anger that had plagued him since he was a child. Though they had all gathered here, only Kōtetsu would be fighting, for only he possessed the power to do so. The two before him opened up a path for him to pass. The didn't speak, because there was nothing left to be said, and without looking back, the Inuzuka stepped forth into the darkness and vanished.
**Seven Months Earlier**
Kōtetsu gasped for air as head broke the water's surface. He dragged his battered body to the nearest shore and sprawled out. His body was cold and numb due to the forbidden technique he had employed in his fight against The Blue Monarch. The man was simply too fast, and the Inuzuka had paid a heavy price just to keep up with him. Their battle was over now, and he had no idea where Sora had been blasted to. On the other hand Kōtetsu had been thrown to a part of the forest he'd never been, a place where not even the sounds of other animals could be heard. It was a large clearing that was illuminated by the moonlight, and in it was a giant boulder. He rolled over to his stomach to get a better look at the object, and noticed that a number of heavy chains were attached to it. Following the chains with his eyes he noticed the outline of a creature, a wolf to be exact, but it was much larger than any he'd ever seen. What made it even worse was the fact that even though he was so close, the wolf gave off no scent. Now able to see it clearly Kōtetsu realized that the wolf was bound by the chains, it's mouth was kept ajar by a large sword, and had drool flowing into the very river that he'd just dragged himself out of.
The wolf's fur was brown with a tint of grey, and it had several blue metal like markings adorning its body, which was giving off a faint glow. Though it was haggard, Kōtetsu had no idea how it could remain alive in such a state, and rolled over onto his stomach so he could get a closer look, but only after locking eyes with the creature had he realized his mistake. As if it weren't his own, the wolf's emerald green eyes beckoned his body forward, and he could do nothing but dragged his bruised body forward. He soon found himself grasping the hilt of the sword that ran through the beast's mouth, and with one hard pull the blade was freed. Kōtetsu then slid his palm over the blade to draw blood, and held it over the wolf's open mouth. He fought the force that drove him with ever fiber of his being, but the Inuzuka was too weak, and didn't have the strength to resist. As soon as his blood touched the wolf's mouth the lyrium marking on it's body glowed, and it's emerald eyes flared. It stirred from it's resting place and pulled the chains free of the boulder that bound him. It was free, and in that brief moment Kōtetsu realized that he had set free the most powerful creature in the forest. The beast let loose a howl that shook the entire forest, and Kōtetsu collapsed as it took off into the night. Fenris was free.
**Present Day**
And so here he was, trekking through the forbidden portion of the forest as he hunted Fenris. It wasn't long before he picked up the trail. All he had to do was listen for the chains being dragged through the woods. Kōtetsu knew that Fenris could smell him coming, so their wasn't even a need for him to be stealthy. After a few more steps he caught sight of him, the lyrium markings on his body flaring up and illuminating the woods. The Inuzuka reached out to to his right and touched Solaris, effectively fusing with the ninken. To his left Siris expanded his tail and coated it with chakra prepared to attack at any moment. Fenris stomped his paws on the ground and locked eyes with the Inuzuka, but whatever it had used to compelled him the first time they had met no longer had any effect.
Upon realizing this the wolf snarled and charged forward. Kotetsu bared his fangs as Siris seeming vanished from his side, and rushed forward to meet the monstrous wolf head on. Only one of them would survive this, but the Inuzuka had no intentions of dying. Not tonight. Not here

Inuzuka ClanTechniques | 犬塚一族技術:
As a member of the Inuzuka Clan Kōtetsu has greatly enhanced senses, especially his sense of smell and his sense of hearing. By concentrating chakra to his nose his sense of smell is amplified to an even greater extent, allowing him to detect, track, and monitor targets from a fair distance away. He maintains an almost constant fusion with Solaris through the use of Fenrir's Lesser Oblige.

Ninken | 忍犬:
Given to him by Kagutsuchi, Solaris and Siris are High Breeds and Kōtetsu's constant companions. As High Breeds they're not only faster, stronger and larger than normal ninken, but are also capable of human speech. These two are a rare breed of tiger wolves, and share a mental link with Kōtetsu. They're covered in sleek golden fur on the top portion of their body, flowing white fur on the bottom, and numerous black stripes that litter their coat. The fur on the sides of their necks is knotted together by multiple red beads. They stand at five feet tall, are six feet in length, and wear gold colored bracers on each leg, which when twisted in a certain manner can momentarily release a short blade three inches in length from within. As a result of the selective breeding and genetic manipulation used to create them, many high breeds have experienced genetic mutations, and these two are no different. Solaris' genetic mutation resulted in him being born with two tails that he can control separately, while Siris suffers from heterochromia, a mutation that resulted in one of his eyes being crimson, and the other an amber-like color.

Description: This technique was designed to rectify the weaknesses of managing multiple bodies within Battle. Many Inuzuka found that their Ninkens became easy targets for area of effect Ninjutsu techniques, and often experienced problems with defending from widespread attacks without compromising their Ninkens health or position. As such this technique was developed as a fix for these flaws. This technique allows an Inuzuka to enter into a lasting fusion with their Ninken(s). While fused the Ninken will inhabit the users body and the user will gain the ability to use techniques that require 'Four Legged Beast' transformation as a perquisite and will also gain the senses of their Ninken. The Ninken(s) will be aware of the world through the users senses however their mind and chakra systems will remain separate. The Inuzuka however will still be capable of tapping into their Ninken's chakra supply, and will be capable of using it to bolster their own supply for future techniques. Lastly, fused Ninken can demerge from their host body at any point in time, and can also choose to re-emerge without cost. Merging and de-merging however is not instant, instead it simply functions as a Ninken or Inuzuka walking outside of the hosts body - and as such is far inferior to the merging abilities of Souma No Kou. One added benefit is that a host can have appendages such as tails or wolf ears that can prove useful in combat, but are largely cosmetic, the main host can also be switched at will - housing the user and other Ninken(s) within a Ninken's body instead.
Note:
- Must be posted at either the start of the battle or in the users bio, and is active at all times. (In the case of the users bio, the user will be incapable of using more than two techniques on their first post in a battle or event, and will suffer the respective chakra cost too)
- In the case of deactivation (On the users account or as a result of an enemy technique) this technique can be reactivated again at the cost of the move. Each reactivation will require more chakra than the last, doubling each time.
- This technique serves as the ultimate baseline form for Inuzuka's. After using another transformation the user is capable of reverting back to this form without completely cancelling the previous transformation, instead they retain the physiological benefits of the other transformation (Such as increased sensing and other abilities) and are also capable of re-entering the previously activated transformation without cost as it is still considered active. (Does not distort or ignore turn restrictions)
- For the purpose of this technique, normal Ninkens will each have a supply of 300 chakra that the user is capable of accessing.

Description: After decades of research and selective breeding the High Breed were born, the High Breed, bred to be genetically superior to all other Ninkens immediately displayed talents that completely overshadowed that of lesser breeds from a young age. High Breed's are born with a more robust constitution, resulting in them being larger, stronger and faster than other breeds. They also look far more wolf-like as a result of their wolf-rich bloodline. High Breeds display savage intellect, and are capable of exercising great cunning and problem solving abilities; and as a result of their advanced intellect they have gained the ability of articulation. Other talents include a healing factor, senses twice as strong as a normal Ninken's, and a greater synergy with their Inuzuka counterparts; resulting in fusion and transformation techniques used with a High Breed being a third larger, with time-limited fusion techniques having their duration increased by two turns. However High Breed's have been known to reject their Inuzuka counterparts, entering into a faux relationship for a time, and then turning on their paired Inuzuka the moment they have grown large enough to kill their ill-suited partners. As a result the High Breed were kept secret and many voted for their extermination, but in the end they were merely banished into the woods of Konohagakure, kept alive in case the clan should have need for them in the future. However, should a High Breed fully accept an Inuzuka a most curious phenomenon will occur in which both the High Breed and Inuzuka will become mentally linked, capable of sharing thoughts, feelings and experiences with each other, with such a deeply intimate bond being the absolute apex of a Inuzuka and Ninken bond. A High Breeds ability to 'smell' chakra is also unprecedented, far outstripping that of Ninken such as Akamaru as they are capable of accurately gauging the strength of opponents and techniques among other things. (To be explored further in techniques). Lastly, as a result of the selective breeding and genetic manipulation used to create High Breeds, many High Breeds have experienced genetic mutations, some more simple, such as heterochromia, others more noticeable such as having multiple tails, a paw that's far larger than others, exceptionally long claws and so on. (A high breed cannot use Ninjutsu or elemental Taijutsu (Aside from Inuzuka techniques of course) by default, instead their supposed affinities are there to be explored in future techniques).

- High Breeds are capable of healing faster than normal Ninkens, on it's own this means little in battle, aside from the fact that they are capable of recovering from minor scratches over the course of three turns, and that they rarely suffer from fatigue, capable of running for days on end without tiring.

After mastering the sword arts in their entirety Kōtetsu eventually received the title of "Kenshin", meaning Sword God. To commemorate what would possibly be the last time the two would ever meet, Keotsu discovered a way to impart the abilities of his own weapon upon Kōtetsu's blade, a ritual that greatly enhanced the power of his kenjutsu techniques from that moment onward.

Taijutsu went hand in hand with Kenjutsu, and without first mastering his own body he couldn't hope to master the sword. Armed with sharp nails and teeth, Kōtetsu's hand-to-hand combat is extremely dangerous, and after years of fighting in short range he became proficient in the field. He has a quick reaction time, honed reflexes, increased physical strength, and is also very fast. His flexibility and dexterity also makes him more than a formidable opponent for other taijutsu users of his own rank. As a practitioner of Demon God's Fist, Kōtetsu's hands became robust, sharp and abrasive, which in turn meant that a simple punch would be capable of cutting skin, shredding flesh, and piercing targets.

The IOSS usually required a unique case that held a multitude of blades, but because of it's size Kōtetsu found it difficult to carry around. He combated this problem by having the case sealed within a specialized scroll that he keeps in his ninja pouch. By simply opening the scroll the case will appear in hand, or he can throw the scroll skyward to summon the weapons directly.

Kōtetsu is the holder of the Rat Summoning Contract, which includes all rodents under the Rattus Genus that reside within the Underland of the Ninja World. He is also a signer of the Columbidae Contract, which includes all Doves that dwell in Eden. He also has access to a number of summoning tied to the contract. He possesses a small tattoo of this summoning contract on the back of his left hand.

Kusanagi: "Heaven Splitting Sword". Crafted by a master sword smith, this blade is a chokutō that Kōtetsu stole from the Hidden Sounds Village, and was considered one of their national treasures. Though it was considered a treasure, the blade was shrouded within a dark legacy, with some saying that it brought out the murderous intent within a person, while other rumors claimed that the rage resided within the blade itself. It's is a bit larger in size than a normal chokutō, the blade is an inky black, and it's sheath sported the same color, but had a single red line spanning down the center. Kusanagi cut everything that crossed it’s path, it’s blood lust indiscriminate to anything that dared crossed it’s blade.
Kōtetsu also posses a heavy duty version of the standard paper bombs, another gift from Keotsu. This tag has about ten times the destructive power of a regular tag, and have the kanji for “erupt” instead of “explode” written on them. These tags can't be discerned from their weaker counterparts at a glance.
(Jūhō Kibaku Fuda) Heavy Artillery Exploding Tag
The Anbu Black Ops Mask he usually wears has a protective nose netting to purify the surrounding air and avoid poisonous gas or any other impurity from harming his nose, but this does not hinder his own sense of smell. In the eye grooves it has black glass which prevents extremely bright light from entering the mask and serves to protect his eyes. He also has a wide assortment of kunai, shuriken and other various ninja tools stored in his pouch, which is kept tied to the back of his waist for easy access. He carries smoke bombs, flash bombs, wires, small scrolls, Kunai, shuriken, and various other tools. He also has a scroll that holds holds his tonfas, and another that holds a number of three section staves, which can be summoned by simply unfurling the scrolls.

It could be said that the reason he tends to look down on others around him as trash is because of this.

The strength Keotsu could offer was always limited, though, as so many of his teachings were made with his own blade in mind. This technique allows others to use Mythos, when they normally could not. Because Mythos is tied to Keotsu's soul, he will perform a small ritual with one that Keotsu is incredibly close to: Keotsu will place Mythos in its entirety atop one of his brothers-in-arms' weapons, and coat it in an incredibly thin layer of the Mythril that Mythos is made of. In this action, Keotsu accepts this person into his soul, marking them as someone of great importance to him. This imparts the weapon with all the abilities of Mythos, except for the ability to change shape, the original ability that Mythos possessed in its form of "Mikomi", long, long ago.

The Mythril blade retained its ability to change it's shape, but not it's mass when subjected to Keotsu's chakras, as did the scabbard of the weapon, though the two were no longer explicitly linked. A few improvements were noted by Keotsu, though: the blade seemed to resonate better than before, boosting his powers in battle; second, the blade came to reject energies that were foreign to Keotsu - that's to say, for example, if an enemy tried to use Nagashi after grabbing the blade, the energy would stop completely due to the nature of the blade's composition. This particular power comes about from the blade's new found synergy with Keotsu, in an effort to prevent it from being used against him. Retaining all the properties of the metal it was forged from, Mythos is indestructible and will never dull, in any of its forms.

Description: The user will throw into the air a large container of katana that are wrapped in some sort of cloth or wire in order to bind them for easy travel – while in the air, a seemingly endless number of katana will slide from their casing and scatter all across the battlefield to supply the user with swords to fight with no matter where they are; conversely, the swords can be summoned from scrolls in the same manner as Tenten’s weapons. This technique was created with the belief that a swordsman didn’t need a perfect sword, but rather, the ability to wield any sword with great skill. Each sword has a mechanism built into their hilt that allows only those who know how to use this technique to wield the swords.
