Tsunade seemed to have high intellect at on young age like Sakura and Itachi. Through Sarada we see that perfect chakra control is something that can be inherited, as she has Sakura's talent. So it's probably safe to assume that Tsuande inherted her chakra control from Mito (once removed).

Hashirama probably ended up killing himself, but Kishi probably didn't want to put shame on his name. Because any other way in unliving, especially given his chakra pool and restoration technique. The only way I see him dying is pulling a Chiyo, or Katsuyu eating him lol.
