SARC countries are supposed to discuss issues such as combating terrorism; preventing trafficking in women and children for prostitution; and mutual assistance in criminal matters, including the trade of narcotics/drugs in this meet.
They are mostly interlinked terrorism and drug trafficking or overlapping crimes...

Because Rajnath criticized Pakistan's terming dead terrorists as martyrs, he didn't say the name(apparently) but it's clear from his words who they're aimed at.
Pakistan isn't even subtle about their blatant 'unprofessional-ism' here. And their intent is concerning at least.
Why did he even go there? he was either brave or too stupid. I am surprised they did not kill him there.
At one side the ministers says right about this on the other side it is obvious Pakis use terries as asymmetric warfare but the same Indian government endorses explanation from Pakistan and say they dindu nuffing wrong and all terries are non state actors.

I agree with the man then the issue is if they admit it they will be admitting their relations with terrorist groups and both countries are not willing to back down or admit that they're at fault .
if only these two countries are willing to negotiate we can really solve problems of our region .

Negotiating with a country that's came in to existence on the idea of opposing the one it was carved out from less than a century ago and eyes more slices... No feuds are as bitter as family feuds.
Besides there are too many powers within the country and outside of it that benefit from this conflict because of their personal agenda. It's mess which is not going to be cleaned up anytime soon.
Have you seen a country where terrorists are leading march against another country's HM during a summit.
In short india killed a terrorist in Jammu and Kasmir;Separatists term it as judicial killing and violence erupts in valley and more than 40 people died.
Pakistan turns the terrorist into martyr and terrorist are leading their march against India.So whatever Rajnath singh said was direct attack on pakistan's policy about which pakistan wants to keep both pakistanis and world in dark.
