DRSM Madara wins via senjutsu enhanced PS, It mostly depends who attacks first. Since Sword of Nunoboko was super strong but Obito's will faltered tremendously weakening it.

I'd say Madara has a slight edge in pure power and consistency.

Well, I don't know. Madara's plan is kinda flawed. He didn't make a move at all, not even when it was all one minute away from IT did he make a move. He would have to be counting on Naruto and Sasuke to defeat him, something that is widely accepted to only have happened due to Obito hesitating in his resolve.

If Madara was telling the truth about the Infinite Tsukuyomi thing, then that's kinda disapointing, because if Naruto and Sasuke hadn't beaten Obito, I had no idea how he would've made his way out of there, gotten Hashi's Sage Mode (which I don't even think he can do as an undead) and beaten Obito in time to cast his own IT.

I believe it was in the same conversation with Hashirama that Madara told him about both the time before it starting and that he would defeat Obito by then. Obito was defeated before Madara was "captured" and Madara could have won at any moment with his Chakra Receivers already in Hashirama, so I can only conclude he was playing around.
