Terrain: Terrain in the picture, both Starting on opposite sides of the bridge. Sunny weather with no clouds.
Context: Chuunin exams battle portion. We are to defeat our opponent within 1 page of posts. Our villages are on good terms so no killing, or we'd be disqualified. Someone my level please. Not ready for extremely powerful foes yet. Though i will work my way there soon enough.

While molding her Doton chakra to open a huge portal a few meters above sasuke. In that moment a mass amount of sticky liquid/mud would ooze out of the portal, directly aiming to fall onto the kid. The mud carried quite the weight, being able to crush him to a high enough degree to cause damage while also having sticky properties to hold him in place.

The fire ball would hit the ground quickly, instantly turning into a storm of raging flames that travel across the ground at sasuke while the mud falls upon him. Once that had been set off, Koto took out a single sword and readied herself for a fight.

Sasuke was tired, his training session with Orochimaru had gone well as always but today he found himself a bit more exhausted than usual. He recovered quick so it didn't matter but for the afternoon, the Uchiha went outside of the Hideout for a simple walk. Before he knew it, Sasuke was lost in his thoughts and found himself quite far away from the hideout, in fact, he was near some hillside and a stone bridge that he didn't recognize. Sasuke's sense of direction was good, especially with his eyes, he would be able to find his way back to the hideout. As the day dragged on, Sasuke continued to walk until he found himself being stared down by another shinobi. It was odd. Sasuke was confused for a bit, from what he remembered, there wasn't a village or a town nearby so this person wasn't just out for a stroll like he was.

The female shinobi bowed and nodded her head, an old shinobi way to initiate a fight. Sasuke popped a tiny grin, he was excited, he didn't find himself fighting anyone other than Orochimaru's lackeys or Kabuto in the hideout. So this would be an excellent opportunity for him to test out his new found power that he had worked so hard to achieve. However, he quickly put his excitement to rest, this could be just another weakling ninja who was just reckless to get into a fight. It almost reminded Sasuke of a particular shinobi that he once called a friend but he put that thought to rest as his opponent begun to form handseals. Sasuke immediately go into his fighting stance, and peaked his senses to the max to notice the smallest details that could give away what type of jutsu his opponent was about to perform.

Immediately, Sasuke noticed a giant shadow being cast above him, from what he saw earlier, there were no clouds in the sky so this had to be an attack of this female ninja. Without any hesitation, Sasuke kept his head forward and channeled his doton chakra into the ground beneath him. With the chakra, he would form a pillar from the earth to the left of him, that would made tilted diagonally towards him to push the Uchiha out of reach of the shadow and the reach of the technique.

Sasuke kept his eyes on the opponent and noticed she was going through another string of handseals, this time she would utilize a Katon technique that would spew a fireball towards him that would erupt into an inferno of flames. Sasuke, however, acted immediately upon seeing the small fireball, he quickly performed a set of handseals and then focuses his suiton chakra into his left hand. From the palm of the hand would emerge a vortex of water, it would spiral forward and finish into a wall of water. While extending his left arm forward to perform the jutsu, with his right hand, Sasuke would grab a kunai and channel lightning chakra into it and throw it right after he would perform his suiton technique. The water jutsu would make contact with fire and obviously they would clash, however, both would cancel each other out, creating hot steam that would fill the area between both Sasuke and the female ninja.

Hey, is it safe to assume that you shot yourself off the bridge we were standing on? I'll go with that since the large amount of mud would cover the bridge and you dodged it all.

Koto had missed her initial attack with the sticky mud, but she still went ahead her fire release technique to try to scorch the boy. Seeing as she now held the high ground due to the boy launching himself off of the bridge, it would give her a slight advantage to go through with certain tactics if put in the correct position. With the fire approaching Sasuke, Koto can see him perform a row of hand seals and release water from his palm. Of course this was going to be a straight forward average attempt to stop an element with its given weakness, but Koto was ok with that. Koto wasn't an idiot either, though this could've easily been mistaken due to her long blonde hair. Knowing the interaction between water and fire, she knew steam was bound to be present once they clashed, so she wanted to use that to her advantage if enough steam were to be created.

To no surprise once the clash happens, a cloud of steam was brought forth and Koto instantly acted on this. In a moment's notice she'd create a clone of mud to her left side as she quickly leaps to the right and off of the bridge behind the wall. The steam would mask this quick process and leave the clone basically in the same place that Koto was once in while she was out of sight in a new position. Of course, if the kunai was thrown at Koto/the clone, it would hit the clone somewhere and be swallowed by its mud-like composition and do no damage at all.

Once the clone comes into creation, it begins acting on its own will. She'd perform a very fast string of hand seals:

This lets the Koto clone ("Kuchiha" we'll call her) take control of the mud made from Koto in the beginning. Using shape manipulation she'd be able to form the mud into a large dragon head that is at the edge of the bridge where sasuke initially jumped off of, though due to the steam she wasn't able to pin point his exact location. Luckily the dragon was capable of releasing numerous compressed bullets of mud, which it did the moment of its creation. The mud bullets were shot all in the last position sasuke was seen in, with high hopes of hitting his body and causing physical damage to him on impact. The bullets would keep being shot down until the steam completely cleared and it was clear that Sasuke was either hit, defended or moved to a new position.

The moment that the real Koto jumped off of the bridge, she had began to act also. She'd go about the situation by quickly doing a couple of hand seals herself, specifically:

The hand seals would be followed by Koto placing her palms on the surface of the ground. This causes the ground in Sasuke's last known position to start spiraling in on itself. The epicenter would be a about 8m away from the bridge, pulling in everything within mid range of it in every direction except towards the bridge. It would extend its pull and damge to right next to the bridge but stop a few inches away to make sure it was not affecting the bridge. Jagged rocks would protrude around the area, allowing the inward spiral to destroy the entire area on that side of the bridge. Koto did this only because she didn't know exactly where the boy was, so wanted to be sure she caught him. It would also happen around the same time as the mud dragon, making it where sasuke would be faced with an assault from above and below all at once.

(Doton: Retsudo Tenshō) - Earth Release: Tearing Earth Turning Palm

As the steam cleared between the two fighters, Sasuke found that his opponent was focusing on shaping a being made out of earth, right next to her. His kunai that was thrown was in mid-air and hit the now fully formed mud clone but didn't seem to do any damage. Sasuke, didn't mind at all. It would have been pitiful if he found out that a mere kunai was capable of taking out this shinobi. The thought of it almost made him laugh out loud and he did start laughing. Sasuke in the midst of laughing, focused his lightning chakra into his mouth and then emitted from his mouth, a spear of lightning. The spear would travel towards the female shinobi and her clone and upon reaching short range, the spear would split into two. One aimed to attack the actual ninja and the other to destroy the clone.

Sasuke wasn't done yet, he quickly begun to move to the right of his opponent, maintaining the same amount of range in between them. While running, Sasuke would go through two handseals and then stop to slam his hand onto the ground. With his earth chakra, Sasuke would alter the ground by spiraling it in on itself, basically crushing them in the overturned Earth. This would alter the ground up to long range for the opponent, destroying everything near them.
