Could Juubito handle 2 Rinnegans

Yeah, he could. His end goal was to use RinneSharingan to cast the Infinite Tsukuyomi (unless the Shinju itself could use that, since it also has a RinneSharingan). Juubito seemed to plan to use the Shinju to cast the jutsu, whereas Juubidara seemed to need to actually absorb the Shinju. Kishi just couldn't decide what he wanted to do with those powers, and had them spammed everywhere.

The barrier isn't a Rinnegan jutsu, it's a stronger version of the jutsu the 4 Kages used because it's powered by Six Path Senjutsu chakra.

And black receivers can be made by SPS users as well because they have Yin-Yang release, Naruto's TSB rods are the equivalent of chakra rods.

The manga was never clear on 6 path technique, in fact any jutsu consisting of six path chakra is considered a 6 path technique. But more importantly the claim of Six path chakra being Six path senjutsu is completely false. If Six path chakra was actually six path senjutsu than every jutsu Sasuke/Madara can use, naruto would be able to use it too and the same other way around.

But if you believe that the red barrier is not a rinnegan technique but a six path generic ability, then okay that's your belief.
