I believe Sakura had alot more chakra in her, those he base levels were nearly diminished after healing Naruto, why she didn't go to byakugou mode is probably because it wasn't required at that moment, and because of the plot

Her normal chakra was enough for evasion, despite being low, Byakugou is always a last resort. She was doing fine without using Byakugou. She litterally was healing people with her Sakura all throught out the war. Sakura can't use medical ninjutsu in byakugou mode for some reason, probably due to the fact that byakugou enhancing jutsu

It doesn't "fade away" though. It retracts from its released state. And understandably so. Sakura is trying to save every drop of chakra here. The fate of the whole world rests in her hands right here, after all. You can't waste chakra of all things in this situation.

When someone who on a good day normally has a full base reserve and a full seal at about 3 years worth of chakra and then uses it to do something Obito said she barely had enough chakra in her seal to do. I think it is safe to say that she was extremely low.

Well you can refer to the above. I stick by what I said. Low chakra Sakura was able to run away from the kaguya chakra arm. My entire argument that you pulled me into with the both of you and well I am not going to try to convince either of you anymore.


EDIT: If you were talking about Tsunade, refer to when it is addressed why she reverts to her old self. Around the start of Madara vs 5 kage. I believe she said it depends on the amount of chakra she uses. Which means when she is low she turns old until her chakra is back up to a certain level.
