Apparently you can't read: I'm from the stance that the crew has no first mate. The fact that all of these "major qualifications" can be found in other Strawhats just proves to this point more.
But it does, so either you're really this ****ing illiterate or just blind.

Urouge has also made the assumption that Zoro is the unnamed Vice-Captain and so has many others.

Only two people have made this assumption: Bartolomeo and Urouge. Both of them have zero authority on who the vice captain is, and both have proven to be non-credible sources: Barto for his fanboyism and Urouge because he can only rely on what info the World Government puts out, which has proven to be inaccurate. Urouge and Barto have both been debunked prior in this section.

There is no structure in the SH crew but zoro is not first mate when luffy is gone zoro and sanji act as the heads in the crew when luffy is gone. Zoro is not equal to luffy that's honestly a really stupid thing to say zoro and sanji are equal as the wings of the future pirate king as stated by Oda himself. Wings unlike hands have to be equal to properly sustain flight. So basically when the captain is gone zoro and sanji are both responsible for the crew and take the lead together.

I guess you don't notice when Luffy is being serious and when he's being stupid.

Also, I guess when Luffy is in danger, everyone depends on Usopp for help, lml.
According to Luffy, he's always serious.

When Luffy is in danger, they depend on Luffy to get himself out of it lmfao. The only time they've actually chip in, was against Kuma and the Pacifista. Enies Lobby, Thriller Bark, they literally all just watched Luffy fight his opponent because they know he prefers it one vs one unless absolutely necessary.

Well, whatever the case may be. The crew is unstructered and they act more like family than anything, so hell, even Nami at times acts like the Vice-Captain, but from what I can see, Zoro is always the one making the decisions when Luffy's not around. He was the first one to join the crew. His bounty helps this even more and he just seems like the one deal with Luffy's shit.

What decisions has Zoro ever made aside from "We won't let back in Usopp without an apology?"

Of course they aren't the same thing, but in terms of contribution and servitude to the crew, they're equally important.

That databook entry also says Zoro is equal in strength to Luffy, which isn't true. Other databooks have said Zoro is "like the vice captain" rather than being exactly the vice captain. It also says in Luffy's absence, Zoro is the first to charge forth, when each Strawhat have shown that trait themselves throughout the course of the series. Not exactly ground-breaking confirmation. "Follows Luffy's orders without hesitation" has also been shown to be not be accurate over the course of the manga as well.

Data book says his fighting capacity is as high as Luffy's, which at best make them comparable not exactly equals. I find it totally accurate, Luffy's greatest weapon in a fight isn't his strength anyways, So I am not sure why you find it questionable. No, Zoro never goes against Luffy's decision unless it's questionable Or when Luffy acts childish. And He was the one who fought Kuma in Luffy's absence. Once again, not inaccurate in slightest.

He doesn't have to take decisions on daily basis. Lmao, What kind of reasoning it is? He literally just decided that he wouldn't let another crew member back to the crew. Do we need more than that?

Yet it was Zoro who Oda hand picked to take Luffy's place at TB. So, I guess Zoro is one step ahead of Sanji here.

Zoro and Sanji aren't equal by the way.

When has zoro been the one making the decisions when luffy isn't around please give examples since you always see this. And what does a bounty have to do with a position does that mean that usopp is of more importance then all the other crew mates with a lower bounty it makes absolutely no sense to be honest.

They all deal with Luffy's shit and many times has Oda shown that all of them are in the position to decide what to do in situations where Luffy isn't with them.
Luffy's crew is a big family and different from other Pirates crew. This will always be like that and until Oda decides to confirm that Zoro is the VC, it will just be a title that has no meaning to Luffy, because it's given from other people to Zoro he couldn't care less about.

"Always the one making decisions" implies it's something Zoro is constantly doing, so yeah, my question stands.

I kind of see this as yet another instance where fans of zoro try to elevate him to a status that doesn't exist. I love zoro but people constantly try to raise his importance to astronomical level like him being 2nd in command or him being equal to luffy or in those rare stupid cases where he's stronger then luffy. Lol honestly it's hilarious why can't people just except the way the story actually is

"Or else I'll leave the crew" that is not a decision, it was a threat which luffy could have ignored if he wanted but didnt

When did Oda officially put zoro in charge at thriller bark zoro wasn't barking any orders it was a group fight. And at water 7 when luffy threatened usopp to leave the crew it was sanji who kicked luffy and made sure he stopped in his tracks before he could finish his statement. And zoro and sanji are equal no reason to even argue that it would be a waste of time to go into that.

That was just one instance but he has also been shown to give Luffy advice and tell him what is best during dire situations.

Also, during Punk Hazard when he said that they shouldn't fool around anymore and start getting serious since this is the new world. Zoro has shown at times to tell Luffy to pull his head together, and him being worried that he might do something stupid so he questions it.

Not saying that the bounty matters, but I hardly see Vice Captains with low bounties and Zoro has always been close to Luffy when it comes to bounties so that should be a small sign.

No one in the crew specifically assigned someone to be Vice-Captain.
Zoro seems to be the 2nd strongest so we tend to correlate that with vice-captain status, but that ain't always right. Also, a lot of people in OP have this thing for Zoro. Always making comments about "why he isn't the captain?" and "how is he so strong?"

Bartolommeo refers to him as the Vice-Captain in his point of view. Until Oda confirms with what Bartolomeo says to be true, we'll keep making our own assumptions. But seeing as how Oda has made many people assume Zoro as VC, he must be feeling something about Zoro being VC.
