Sasuke's Amaterasu is amped by Six Paths power the same power that prevented the Edo Tensei from regenerating the same power that prevented Naruto from healing Obito.

what made edos unable to heal was because of the TSB. TSB are designed to erase ninjutsu, Amaterasu isn't. Ash bones are also a diffirent case as well. They also seems designed to disintergrate anything they pierce regardless of healing. Once amaterasu disappears it's effects are gone so healing is definitely an option, regardless if six paths power is amplifying it or not.

The title isn't referring to the yang seal, it's referring to Naruto as the sages body aka yang. Ashura represents the sun/yang/light, he gained the sages physical energy whilst Indra represent the moon/yin/dark he gained the sages spiritual energy.

The theme has always been light vs dark, yin vs yang.
