You're right about the ms part but no Asura incarnate ever had the "juubi's kekkai genkai." That doesn't exist, the juubi's body can take form of any given nature to the summoners whim.
So what do you think the previous ones have anyway?
I want to see a story on the fodder incarnates. I can picture it now...100 years before the events of the manga, Ashura was reborn into the body of some random Inuzuka baby and Indra into a branch-member Hyuga baby. Their rivalry is concluded in the chunin exams when the Ashura incarnate instantly got caught in a booby trap and died.

BZ said he kept failing to make them reach their potential which means they either died young when they were still weak or they lacked the mentality to make themselves stronger.
I would say previous Ashura incarnate most likely just had very large chakra reserves and talented with all basic natures or could've been an Uzumaki with sealing and healing talent
Previous Indra incarnate would've been a 3T Sharingan user talented with genjutsu and weapons since those are the most beneficial traits to have during war.
But they would've all been fodder compared to Hashi and Madara
Calm yourself. Asura had rsm which is way stronger than all forms of Hashirama and Indra was able to kill an rsm user which is more than I can say for Madara. Without Indra and Asura there will be no Madara/Hashirama.

See this is the kind of timeline inconsistency that concluded you to this dumb scenario.
Especially when you use the words fodder and incarnates after seeing what Indra can do including the fact that you indirectly called the Uchiha/senju clan fodders.
