I think madara is the strongest , he's so beast and he defeated my favourite character Tsunade which really shocked Me back time.

If you're talking strictly about indra's power,that is the sharingan,then it's sasuke because his sharingan was amplified by hagoromo six paths chakra. But if you're not referring to that and are instead referring to who was the strongest between indra and his reincarnations,then the answer is obviously : Madara uchiha.

His battle experience won't make a difference, since as Madara concluded, his intelligence is nearly matched with that of Sasuke's, both of theirs coming from Indra's reincarnation. Madara in his first life cannot win against Indra who carries Six Paths power. I'm sure it would be a close battle, but Madara would lose.
