[Discussion] Is current Ichigo stronger than Dangai Ichigo?

I was discussing this with another member on another thread, and while logic says he should be he doesn't really seem to have usurped his Dangai form. I don't think he is transcendent.

Isn't the "sensor" different between each person ? The reiatsu was not sensed by aizen but if a being who had reiatsu at the level of that of megtusu ichigo, I bet they would sense it. The concept is similar to how regular humans couldn't sense aizens reiatsu and were crushed by it with being conscious of it

Yes he is Ywach being able to sense Ichigo's reiatsu isn't surprising at all. I'm sure the whole not being sensed thing has been retconned considering Aizen who is currently stronger than the version Dangai ichigo fought reiatsu was also felt by Urahara

I don't think so. Aizen can sense ichigo's reiatsu from SS while ichigo was in Soul Kings Palace fighting YH. Also all of ichigos friends could feel it, But dangai ichigo had his reiatsu sensed by neither aizen nor his friends. Aizen may have gotten stronger since then, but I don't think he evolved beyond dangai ichigo.

There is the possibility that that whole thing was retconned but without further evidence, i don't believe that. I really wanted ichigo to be stronger at this point, but nothing he has done is nearly so impressive as that he did in dangai form. Ichigo wasn't destroying mountains casually. He did destroy YH's palace but that wasnt exactly casual.

I don't think he means the same level of power, but just merely the shinigami abilities because it shows ginjo etc. that arc was to make Ichigo back to old pre dangai form strength

Yh i dont disagree with that the power that he got back was his hollow/shinigami and quincy power the level it was at is just above Vasto ichigo that fought ulquiorra at least that where i place him

But the thing is Current ichigo went through Royal guard training which apparently through kirio's training gave him more spiritual energy with and gained the true extent of his power then we have the fact that Ywachgetsu said that the power that ichigo has been using up until now was nothing but a small portion of his true power.

Then we have the fact that several characters this Arc showcase better feat than Dangai Ichigo and Aizen at that time

You joking right? Current Ichigo is far more powerful than dangai Ichigo and he's still new with his powers. Imagine when current Ichigo powers mature, he'll have comple mastery over his shinigami, hollow and quincy powers. Bankai/Resurrecion/Volstanding = GG
