The edit makes no difference, tbh. I think you meant to say RSM Naruto vs TL KCSM Naruto, modes only, no Kurama Avatar. If that's the case, RSM Naruto still wins. TL Naruto's chakra reserves and stats increased over two years, but not enough to mitigate the difference between the two modes Naruto mixes Rikudou Senjutsu with - KCM and BM. Everything KCSM Naruto has RSM Naruto does, only better. Eventually RSM Naruto takes it with mid-high difficulty.

I am referring to Naruto The Last with the mode he used , REGARDLESS of what it was .
Anyway , the movie's guidbook calls the mode Kurama Chakra Mode + Sage Mode , so it seems that Naruto can now manifeste Kurama's avatar without the need to go to Bijuu Mode , just KCM is enough to pull it off .

In Boruto movie's guidbook , it says he used SPSM .

Duh, that's a perk that comes with Bijuu Mode. Since he's not using that mode, he can't use the chakra avatar.

So yeah , you are already wrong from the get go .

What you are saying doesn't make sense. To be able to release the chakra avatar from himself in the first place he'd have to be able to manifest it, which he did in the movie. That's like saying Itachi using Susanoo and then separating from it isn't proof that he can use Susanoo in the first place. And there is literally no difference between "Bijuu Mode (the new cloak Naruto dons when he makes his Avatar" and "Kurama Chakra Mode". Movie Guidebook calls it KCM, just like Kyle storm said.

And it's really scary how much stronger KCM got from the war arc to the Last , i remember when KCM was struggling against white zetsu , now he can take someone like Toneri in just KCM .
Now , The Last Naruto using RSM is a whole different story of power .
