So far as we know only Uchiha Senju Uzumaki and Hyuga are related to them. Unless kishi said or wrote otherwise then Kaguya clan is fodder except Kimi since he's the only one with that kkg in that clan.

I recall that being said in the manga too, now that you mention it.

I checked the Naruto wiki and it says the Kaguya Clan are descendants of Kaguya and a few people have used the kkg. This is the Naruto Wiki though and they aren't always reliable.
