Sasuke DID NOT have a choice but Naruto did

This thread is nothing but restating facts and truth from the Manga since people have suddenly either forgotten, or have become blind with hate and tried to twist the manga to prove a point that really isn't there :lol

1) Sasuke Left the Village because he had to get stronger and training with his team and fighting with Naruto wasn't enough to +1 his power to the level he would need to beat Itachi.

He didn't have a choice and had no way to know the truth about Itachi at that time. He had no choice or control over the evolution of his eyes just like he had no choice or conclusion over the blindness that would follow and there is ONLY ONE WAY to restore his sight, he just like any other Uchiha who went blind cuz of MS didn't have a choice in any of this.

2) On the other hand Naruto had the choice of either advancing his own strength or using the kyuubi's power to advance his strength. At first it all made sense when he got Sage mode training under the same regimen as Jiraiya which made him equal to Sasuke becoming Hebi under Orochimaru then just like that he decided to give up on that and to tame to Kyuubi and take it's power since begging would leave the window open to for his body to be taken over.

Conclusion is simple. Naruto didn't beat pain, his power wasn't strong enough but on the contrary Sasuke beat Bee because his power was strong enough. Naruto had a choice. Kushina, Mito and all the other Uzumaki Jin's before them were all strong but none of them decided to try to take the Kyuubi's power for their own, begging for power? that is something only Naruto choose to do. Trolls need to stop twisting the ****ing story :lol

I don't think you even remotely understand what Itachi put him through psychologically.

You forget that Naruto is the incarnation of Ashura, and his character in essence is one that was able to be on par with indra due to the fact that he got help from other people. Naruto begged the kyuubi for power literally like 1 or 2 times when he still was a powerless person, but later it was his character that was able to befriend the kyuubi, letting the kyuubi want to lend him power.

And in the pain fight, in the end the kyuubi did very little in defeating pain if you really think about it. YOU dont twist the story.

But you don't see nardo killing obito or seeking vengeance for his parents deaths. I'm just sayin he had other choices (not saying all of them were good ones) and we've seen characters with bad shit happen to them react differently

Also, Kakashi almost convinced Sasuke to drop the whole revenge scheme and he went through with it. Until orochimarus chronies came in and he changed his mind just like that. He did have a choice lol

Narutohad no choice but to use kurama in order to be strong to reach the levels of madara obito Kaguya
etc. Sasukes good genes is what made him strong,hatred and emotions made him have power ups.hatred and emotions would kill naruto by having kurama take over.there's no shame for naruto needing kurama to be strong

Yes the help from other people. The difference is Naruto getting help from the kyuubi isn't a true representation of Ashura...what is a representation is him seeing the importance of friends and all that. Even without Kurama in the picture he would still reflect Ashura. No even when Naruto became powerful withSM, the whole thing he did with Killer bee was simply to overpower the kyuubi and use it's power for himself. It was alomst at the end of the story that kurama actually wanted to happily hand over his chakra to Naruto.

Now you're saying i'm twisting the story when you cant accpet the fact that Naruto could not and would not have defeated pain without Kuramas power and that it played the biggest role in the fight? don't be hypocritical

That's because Itachi put Sasuke through more Psycological and emotional damage than Obito did to Naruto. The two aren't even remotely comparable. Naruto didn't even see his parents die or how they died, he "heard about it".

As others have pointed out, Sasuke could have moved on. Decided not to give into the hate. But he did. So Sasuke didn't take the choice. THERE IS ALWAYS A CHOICE.

Also, someone who does everything by himself, Sasuke took Karin's help to defeat Danzo, used Orochimaru's powers against Itachi, used Juggo's help to get NE and fuse it with his Susanoo, used 8.5 tailed beasts against Naruto (who used only 0.5 tailed beast). So yeah, he didn't do everything on his own either. On top of this, knowing that Itachi had given him a freebie win, he still used Itachi's eyes to get to EMS. He had a lot of help. Still he lost. Stop being salty.

lol someone post that scan of butthurt sasuke after seeing hat naruto's rasengan did to water tank. Sasuke left village after seeing that naruto was progressing at a faster rate than him.
2ndly, sasuke again after clashing with naruto knew that he'd need EMS to beat him.. jus like naruto sensed indra inside sasuke and knew he'd need kyubi's chakra to beat him. Except naruto's motivation was to bring his friend back and sasuke's was to kill naruto. Thus naruto needed more power than sasuke since his motivation needed more work.. And lol at hebi being an equal of SM naruto... Hebi almost died fighting deidara.. Pain is tiers above deidara...

They all have a choice, actually.

Naruto is destined to tame and get the kyuubi's power. No one would ever than that - as you can see that the Kyuubi is full of hatred. I bet Sasuke won't be able to control and eventually be consumed of his revenge. If they would switch places, I think Naruto would forgive Itachi for what his done. Given his personality and such.

I think this is the argument again for Naruto having to 'borrow' power from Kyuubi. Well in fact, he had his fair share of hard work too even if he's not talented as Sasuke.
