He should be in demi-god because he almost killed Juubi Madara

 

[Ambivalence]

- Kaguya is in a tier of her own. Characters being in the same tier implies they are close or equal in power, while Kaguya could, at worst, mid-diff anyone in her current tier.

- Adult Naruto and Sasuke > Teen Rikudou Naruto and Sasuke.

- Kakashi shouldn't be in the same tier as them.

- 1-eyed JJ Madara would get molested by anyone in his current tier except Gai

- Gai has no place in that tier. The only reason he even managed to touch Madara was because of help from Minato and Kakashi

- 1-eyed alive Rinnegan Madara would also get molested in his tier.

- B(S)M Naruto and EMS Sasuke are in no way in Hashirama or Madara's tier, whether alive or Edo.

- Blind Madara in the same tier as Hashirama and all the others that would absolutely rape him? :lol

After that it's more or less okay.

He wouldn't need help against JJ Obito. Gai is simply too fast for his movements to be tracked by anyone with inferior reflexes to JJ Madara. Obito wasn't even fast enough to catch BSM Naruto and EMS Sasuke off guard.

Their feats are basically VoTE 2, they didn't need bijuu unlike Naruto and Sasuke because they're direct descendants of Kaguya who is the Juubi. You're right DMS Kakashi should be in demi god tier but Gai should be in god tier.
