If there was one pairing (Temari and Shikamaru aside) that didn't feel like it was just shoehorned into the epilogue/the last it was Sasuke and Sakura. They have their moments throughout the series. At least there was development (on both sides) in their relationship.
Sasuke, knowing Sakura is feeling unconfident about the chunin exam, tries to comfort her with praise. Something that's definitely out of character for someone like him.
Sasuke breaks Zaku's arm because he hurt Sakura.
Sasuke forcibly withdraws the cursed seal because of Sakura's concern. At this moment, Sakura meant more to him than power and thus his goal.
By telling Naruto to escape with Sakura after she's released, Sasuke basically prioritized her life over his own.
Sakura is the first person Sasuke regards as "dear to him" in the manga. This means a lot, coming from such a stoic guy.
Then we have Sasuke expressing genuine gratitude towards Sakura. Something which again, is out of character for him. But Sakura is special.
Throw in a bunch of hugs
and other moments of tenderness between the pair
And you'd realize that Sasuke and Sakura is a more developed pairing in this manga than any other by far.
Meanwhile, NaruHina moments include one-sided moments of affection on Hinata's part. Naruto's true feelings towards her are shown below
The only opinion Naruto can muster up of Hinata is that she's "weird".
Yet everyone in Konoha seems to be aware of his feelings towards Sakura:
When you consider that touching hands aside during the war arc (and let's remember that Naruto touch hands with the entire alliance so unless he's a bisexual hoe then that's irrelevant in terms of shipping) NaruHina has been completely one-sided was never fully-fleshed out in the manga, Unlike Sasuke and Sakura's relationship.
