Except you believe Hinata was using rotation to deflect spikes that were fast enough to breach through Neji's own rotation, the only portrayal here is that she was probably maneuvering around and about them.
Also at the very least her 360's range should be 800m like Neji's and i don't believe Kido can stay out of the 800m range and still see Hinata to snipe with his bare eyes? Note that there's nothing to suggest Hinata's 360 range limit is 800m.

It doesn't matter because Kido can still kill her while inside her range since she has no feats or logic to suggest that she's even half as reflexive as SRA Neji so she gets overwhelmed by Kido's attacks even if she see's them coming.
Ur trying to argue without feats , i could use that same portayal and say that somone was saving Hinata similarly to Sakura's case.

Besides, if someone was protecting her (and I believe you mean another hyuga) why didn't said person react to Hinata willing to sacrifice her life like "Kya..Hinata sama!" or sth?
Also Hiashi's statement didn't show concern for Hinata's safety but for Naruto since he couldn't move himself. Doesn't this mean a confident mindset that Hinata could have avoided those herself?
As for the image, you're right..There are no feats but there is logic. Hinata trained with Neji and her father iirc in the time skip and you still believe her reaction feat (a basic ability a Hyuga should excel in because if you can't react fast enough you would be bested in Taijutsu) would still be below par?
Hinata was placed in the battle heavy second division in the War along side Neji...and I don't think that would have been the case if her battle abilities are below par. She could have been placed in the support division (5th) like her teammates or on the reconnaissance team (Kankuro's division) if that was the case.
