In this chapter Doflamingo was made to look almost superior to Big Mom, Caesar felt under Joker he was untouchable, even safe from Big Mom.

Whereas Oda uses everything in the book to make Kaidou look like a God, just the mention of his name has Doflamingo worried.

Either way it keeps adding up her overall character portrayal, chapter by chapter.
