Kamui is the only answer.

I was going to say Universal Pull/Almighty Push maybe can do it? but that is sort of the same as having an atomic bomb explode.

If they can sync it up and do it in reverse, that'll stop the bomb's explosion otherwise, the only thing that could stop it is Kamui or whatever Kinshiki's rinnegan ability is.
