Momoshiki is the worst canon villain in all narutoverse . His motives are dull his personality sucks , he doesn't have a backstory .

He's just like any american cartoon villain . They're evil just because !!

His powers are ridiculous his design is shitty .

He really sucks ass!!! Kaguya is way better than him .

Uhh, i think kaguya and toneri are worse. One is a love sick alien who somehow misunderstood hamura's will and the other has as much development as fodder #23580. All of the otsutsuki villains are pretty meh.

I'd say shin is the worst. This guy is literally an itachi fanboy in canon, uninteresting abilities and was so weak that they had to severely nerf naruto & sasuke with the "rusty" excuse. He did have a somewhat interesting goal but is way too fodder to pull it off. Even his clones betrayed him. :|

Sorry, Momo and Kinshiki may be underdeveloped by the most obnoxious to me was late-game Madara. The 2 nobody Ootsutsuki never actively damaged the plot. This guy ruined 2 years of manga content for me and almost made me quit the series out of boredom. No other villain has done that.

I agree they are good but only lil bit of them otherwise they are all annoying.. it's like ran out of ideas so just make some person with good aperarance so that fans can go crazy over them for unknown reasons

You understand these answers can be found in various comics in agonising detail handled by many different writers over the course of like 60 years right?

Part I Itachi when I thought he was evil. So many times I was kill Sasuke! aw... Kill Kakashi! aw.. Kill Naruto! aw.. I love Itachi don't get me wrong, but when Pain ordered him tasks that were either within the leaf/involing the leaf, he had his soft spot for his brother and love for the village. Villains don't show mercy
