logically, if sasuke is able to use one of his rinnegan abilities into his susanoo, I see no reason why he can't with the preta.

Now, i'm sure some will say he couldn't achieve that susanoo: ameno combo without the bijuus. but I ask, since when could extra chakra make susanoo in conjunction to their S/T ability? the only logical choice would be rikudou's chakra right? but sasuke already has rikudou chakra. therefore he should be able to since kakashi was able to extend his S/T due to rikudou's chakra.

Well in the literal sense Sasuke was using Outer Path, just in a more advanced way. He was controlling the Bijuu's and putting their chakra into the Susano'o, basically using it a temporary Gedo Manzou.

Only Naruto faps will deny this, Susanoo is an extension of Sasuke's body like BM avatar is to Naruto, he can use any type of ninjutsu he likes with his avatar jus like Naruto.

Dojutsu techs, Rinnegan techs along with ninjutsu have been used with Susanoo therefore he can use Preta Path with Susanoo.

There's no argument to suggest he can't while there's 5 scans that suggest he can. Words don't mean anything if you don't have proof.
