For example, it's never stated that Sasuke was natural at learning Chidori. And Sakura struggled immensely to achieve mastery over chakra control and medical ninjutsu.

Why did you leave out, Genjutsu, suiton and doton affinities for sakura? She has them by cannon she might not use any but genjutsu dispelling at times but they are there.
