In term of talent? Yes for Sausuke, no for Sakura. As Sakuras talent is chakra control and intellect, and she is at the pinnacle. Sarada in talent will always be </or= Sakura. Sarada is only more genetically incline that Sakura, assuming she has all of Sakura skills, she is just a Uber Uchiha. Seeing as how Sasuke's root skills were the basis any strong Uchiha would posses. Sarada may be more resistant to genjutsu than the average Uchiha though.

-One panel jutsu (This is an Uchiha tech where they one-shot some big cheese)

-Genjutsu queen (thanks to her mother and father)

To sum up, Sarada has two super-intelligent parents, which in addition to the sharingan, gives her the capacity to learn almost every jutsu on the planet. Then she has a father whose speed cannot be rivaled, an eye that can copy the high speed movements of other ninja's anyway, a mother who cannot be rivaled in taijutsu prowess and a father who is also no slouch in this department. Perfect chakra control (which is a huge requirement for learning genjutsus) a genjutsu type mother, a father who was a skilled genjutsu user and an eye of hypnosis.

Theoretically, Sarada has inherited the perfect set of genes to master genjutsu, ninjutsu and taijutsu. Then add in her byakugou inheritence, medical skills, intellect (from both parents) and we're looking at a monster.
