She has potential to be leagues above her mother due to Sharigan, however potential wise she's just barely above Tsunade. & That's if she uses the Byakugou + MS together. If she doesn't change her linear predictable fighting style then she's doomed to be a carbon copy Tsunade 3.0.

CES is no joke, it is a justu that can't be replicated only achieve though extremely precised chakra control, the sharringan can't copy it.

Sarada is capable of controlling her Chakra in the same format Sakura learned two years after training with Tsunade. I wouldn't exactly put her on Sakura's level just yet because she hasn't shown skill in Medical Ninjutsu, nor do we know if she's sealing chakra for a possible Yin Seal yet. Anyway she's only 12 years of age, and seems to have an affinity with Shuriken jutsu too.

Although from what I've seen, no. She's talented, but to put her even next to Sasuke is a stretch.

In total that means Sasuke learned to use two elemental natures proficiently, was considered to be one of the fastest in his generation, and had a second tomoe Sharingan. Oh I also forgot to say that Sasuke's genius with his Dojutsu was really frightening when he forced his Sharingan to evolve just to fit his situation against Haku back in the Wave Arc.
