Actually this is a fact that she is more talented , because kishi said she inherted his talent + Sakuras talent .
And kakashi bangged all through out part 1 that Sakuras chakra control was better than sasuke, as well as her analytical ability and genjutsu know how.

Sarada is probably more talented than Itachi. As she most likely read on how to wield weapons from some strolls and applied to real life, or sasuke taught her when she was a toddler

In gaiden she didn't graduate the academy yet, Sarada is younger than chunnin exam sasuke or the same age
