Essentially there are 2 paths for Uchiha. Uchiha are established to be very blood-based and pass on hatred/love- it's where their power comes from
An alternate route Sasuke took in the alt Infinite Tsukiyomi world was a member of the Uchiha Police Force in a slightly different version of events. In this instance Sasuke clearly took on the role of Fugaku, his father. Adopting into Konoha's rules and putting his clan first- he became a cold man drawn into the inner politics and darkness of the Uchiha/Konoha struggle. This is also the Uchiha path that Itachi followed interestingly. Fugaku and Filler Sasuke could be said to have fallen onto hate. Fugaku is a strict joyless man whose love for his clan turned into a chain of political hate and resentment. Involving yourself in class wars as such made them adopt hatred.
(Hate/Internal: Shisui, Tajima, Fugaku, likely Hokage Sarada)
The Sasuke that we know instead took after his mother, Mikoto. Mikoto was more distanced from the clan struggle and simply cared about direct friends and family. Sasuke doesn't seek revenge for the crimes against the Uchiha or hate Team 7 as a group- it's always been people on a personal level to Sasuke. Sasuke has been through a lot but ultimately as Ch.698 reveals, Sasuke from the start was a ninja filled with love with a heavy heart.
Remember, it's not the clan but Itachi's sacrifice in particular he seeks revenge for. It's not being in a team or serving Konoha but it's Naruto in particular who brought out the hate/love passion that tested him out of the village. Sasuke is a literal outsider as he lives outside the conflicts and scale of the 5 Villages.
Combine that with:
-Sasuke's respectful sweetness for both Boruto and Sarada
-Mikoto being great friends with Uzumaki, Sasuke and Naruto's mothers too were unlikely besties.
-Sasuke adopting slightly more feminine (still cool) hairstyle whilst Itachi has his father's hairline.
-His mother/Itachi's mannerisms and way of talking to people respectfully as an adult/
- Sasuke also, literally is the image of his mother visually. (External: Madara, Obito, Sasuke)
Theory: The alternate filler version of events shows a 'What If' where Sasuke embraced his Father's path (IT Filler Arc) therefore, his normal path is more his Mother's. (Resulting in the mature Adult Sasuke we know today.)

Uchiha who fell in line with their village adopted class and political hatred, giving into the curse of hatred by becoming part of BZ's war cycle creation. Love/hate fueling Uchiha is very literal and Sasuke walked the line started by his mother.
