I need something that doesn't require much education or none at all.

Engineering requires proper education. diploma or engineering degree takes 3-4 years in university.
you can probably find some short courses which teaches how to trouble shoot PC issues as tech support guy or build websites.
You can learn programming yourself and work as freelancer but that requires lot of learning and hardwork
