Because he still has Hagoromo's chakra in base mode just like Sasuke, Hagoromo's chakra alone doesn't activate RSM which is why he can still use normal SM and BM. In order to activate RSM he uses the chakra of all 9 bijuu because Six Path Senjutsu is Juubi chakra.

RSM in the Boruto movie was only utilizing Kurama's chakra, which is why there were no TSB. Anyone that disagrees is ignorant to the manga fact that RSM gets rid of the orange pigmentation around his eyes

The only time they had Hagoromo's chakra was when they possessed the Sun & Moon seals and the chakra in the seals was released upon using Six Paths CT. The seals then returned to Hagoromo.

seems to me that he doesnt use it after his fight with sasuke but then again its only been 2 movies and I highly doubt he ever needs to go full out like that again.

RSM = Rikudõ Sage Mode. Which means Naruto haves a higher superior form of regular sage mode. Sage mode = senjutsu, which Naruto's body produces. So, even if he's not with his original cloak on, his body will produce a high efficient form of senjutsu. I also believe in Michaels theory of him only channeling Kurama's power instead of the whole tailed beasts since he is the physical owner and it does seem like a plausible possibility.

Also, even if people say that Naruto only used BSM on the Boruto the movie, i find really impressive that Sasuke's body can match such power since Sasuke's power comes from the eyes and not the physical ability (body).

Yin (spiritual) conjures turning imagination into reality - genjutsu

Yang (physical) governs all in reality.

sage mode is based on gathering the natural forces (meaning outside of one's body)

RSM is basically having to gather all forces which is what 10tails is.

it doesnt really matter if Sasuke has a weaker body.

What is that scan trying to prove? Wrong page?
How can it mean "nothing? Physical energy is produced by the body, hashirama dna enhances it as said in the scan i posted.
Madara and obito's shows those strength enhancements as well(Obito crushing rocks, madara blocking bm naruto's attack). I don't know if it does enhance speed but it might play a role.
