1 dead and 12 injured, so far.

One person has been killed and another 12 people injured after a “deliberate explosion” outside a music festival in the German town of Ansbach.
Authorities said the person who died is believed to have set off the explosion and was carrying a backpack at the time of the blast, at about 10pm on Sunday.
Three of those injured are believed to be in a serious condition.
The mayor of Ansbach, a town near Nuremberg in Bavaria, told reporters the blast had been caused deliberately.

Police later added: “An explosion went off in the city centre and a man, which the latest enquiries show caused it, was killed in the event.”
As many as 2,500 people are said to have been attending the music festival at the time of the explosion. The entire area has been evacuated and the festival cancelled.

Police have blocked off the city centre and emergency services were on the scene. Bomb experts were on their way to determine the cause of the explosion.

The explosion, which followed the killing on Friday of nine people by an 18-year-old gunman in Munich, occurred at a wine bar called Eugene’s, the Nürnberger Nachrichten newspaper reported. A music festival was taking place in the town on Sunday.

Police had said earlier the explosion might have been caused by a gas leak.
But a spokesman for the Bavarian interior ministry later said the explosion was not an accident and appeared to have been intentional.

The interior minister, Joachim Herrmann, is travelling to the scene, the spokesman said.
“The explosion was set off deliberately,” said Michael Siefener, a spokesman for the regional interior ministry, adding that authorities were trying to establish the exact cause.
Ansbach police said in a statement that just after 10pm on Sunday they were alerted to an explosion in the city centre.

Wow, so much going on in my country at the moment.

First the axe-guy in a train, then the spree killer in Munich last friday, then a man killed a 45year old, probably pregnant woman with a machete and injured 5 more on the run before he could be stopped by a witness who used his car to hit the killer. And now this.

Sure, these happenings are horrible and it seems that such events become more frequently, but we can still be glad that worst-case scenarios like those from France and Belgium couldn't be commited here in Germany yet.

I hope that no victim got permanently injured and that they all will completely recover as soon as possible. Furthermore I hope that the person who died truly was the one who purposefully caused the explosion. One less piece of shit who is breathing then.

The West greed and evil is catching up with them. The dumb thing was to let these savages into their countries. Should've demanded the Middle East to accept them within their nations.

More terrifying question--what will it be like in 20 years? God knows the change and terror that's accelerated & taken place in the last 20.

20 years? You mean in a few months?

It's their own fault. They should give the refugees bigger sandwiches and more houses so they won't have anything to complain about anymore.

There were many attacks in which one of them was rejected refuge another by accepted ones.
