Let's leave the Rikudou handout's out of it an put them in alive states at their peak. (I say alive because they both died before they had the chance to use their Rinne's) EMS Madara EMS Kuchinawa.

Madara has alot more experience than Sasuke & he's stronger than Sasuke. The manga showed us how swiftly Madara dodge Sasuke's attacks with his special blade in tow an left him to ponder on his thoughts. ( To me!.. That's the closest we'll get to them being somewhat = or on the power scale as far as doujutsu. Adding Rinne gives Madara the W for sure because of his JJ properties & the bout wouldn't be fair for Sasuke who needed Naruto to match him to began with)

EMS Sasuke is swift & he has a hella arsenal but like I said experience plays a big part in this series & Madara has that 10 fold.

Madara would take this bout to me but it would be live to see some1 animate it with EMS stats of both characters, leave the bias jive out an see how it would go.

Sasuke can not win against JJ versions of Madara.

1 Rinnegan JJ Madara: Regen, Immortality, TSBs, Far more chakra than Sasuke, Ouad Juubi Dama, Better reflexes, 1 Limbo.

2 Rinnegan JJ Madara: Same as 1 eyed version plus CT, Six Path Techs, PS, 4 Limbos,Mokuton.

Rinne Sharingan Madara: Same as 2 eyed version plus IT chakra to refill himself or make his Susanoo even stronger.
