He only was one snake summon with the size to hide him and he can't do that with him being pushed back at such speeds. Look up how fire and wind works, because this wind is far too strong and fire doesn't just spread.
Those speeds can be withstood using his sword and the using summoning jutsu. Oro has plenty of snakes capable of engulfing humans and Sasuke only needs 1 to burrow underground if it comes to that
You think Sasuke is gonna stand there when Hachibi transforms. Sharingan reads movements and he'll react accordingly before it makes a move. If Sasuke has manda then he obviously has oros other snakes this is without a doubt
The Sharingan reads movements only second(s) into the future and Sasuke wouldn't know what Bee would do in his Tailed Beast form until he wraps up. Hiding underground just makes it easier to blow him up with a Tailed Beast Bomb.

also, it does matter alot. even if KB stomps hebi sasuke at it's peak, the underline point (not his thread) is that 1) handicap match and 2) GKS sasuke totally stomps B, and the ignorance of some people who actually thinks he'd lose to some guy who had to go full bijuu over such a restrictive sasuke stands a chance against GKS MS sasuke is laughable. he doesn't need EMS or rinnegan to stomp B, non restricted MS sasuke stomps KB with or without killing intent.

Alright Hebi Sasuke was trying to capture Bee and not kill him and that's why he was handicapped, by that logic Naruto too was handicapped in VoTE 2 against Sasuke + 8.5 bijuu + Kill intent, considering Naruto too was not trying to kill Sasuke and still he was able to beat Sasuke and Sasuke fans deny it lol. I see hypocrisy as usual.
OP: True Sasuke was trying to capture Bee and not kill him and thus had to restrict his abilities somewhat but he wasn't fighting Bee alone and what about the initial kenjutsu battle, Bee completely rekt the so called kenjutsu master lol and if not for Karin and rest of the team, Sasuke would be dead then and there.

Thing is, killing intent isn't really needed to say you went all out. That's like if someone was trying to sexually assault a girl, she doesn't have intent to kill him, her intent is to get away, but I bet she's fighting with all the strength she has.
When Naruto used the dual Rasenshurikens he was fighting with a full intent on defeating Sasuke & not getting himself killed. He didn't hold back at all, which is why he was depleted of chakra.

I agree that he used dual RS, but tell me this, how do you expect Naruto to counter a 8.5 bijuu powered Indra's arrow without resorting to some powerful technique or are you saying he should've just let him get hit by Sasuke's attack. If you read the VoTE 2 battle again then you'll see that while Sasuke targetted his IA towards Naruto, Naruto only use the dual RS to counter IA he didn't use them against Sasuke....

and I would agree with you if kishi didn't restrict sasuke's full abilities against these two jinks :lol. also, yes his kenjutsu was clearly inferior simply because he was not able to read B's swordstyle with his sharingan, however in his cloak mode, sasuke said even in his own words he had no problem reading his linear moves (which is why he was able to easily dodge with 3T).
but despite these two nerfs against sasuke, the difference is that sasuke still was rikudou level against naruto. the fight against B, with all the restrictions and him using his 3T most of the fight and being injured without curse mark feats, that's not just a nerf to his power that's a literal downgrade and people want to wank some rapper whose only edge was nonlinear sword play. take that away and even 3T edo itachi had no problem side stepping his ass.

Hebi Sasuke cant beat Hachibi. Dodge yes of course.
Killer Bee could maybe even seal him with his octopus ink technique. Raiton gets countered easily that like 90% Sasukes arsenal. Cloak blocks everything Sasuke can throw at him. Sasuke only chance is Kirin which may work and grant him the win, or Killer Bee may survive like he did with Amaterasu and a tentacle.
