The Uchiha were pretty shitty and fodder for the most part. Even with all them sharingan they couldn't handle the featless senju while Madara and Izuna took on Hashi and Tobirama. Had Hashi and Tobirama not allowed the Uchiha stay with them as village police they would've probably been wiped out by some random clan a long time ago.

They'd probably be taken out low-mid diff if you catch them during a period without any of their starting 5 and 6th man (Madara, Izuna, Itachi, Sasuke, Obito, and Shisui) Seeing as they average about one or two decent uchiha per every few generations, high diff for a solid clan that has a few strong ones of their own to take down the head of the snake

With the prodigous Uchiha pops out I'd give it to them. People love to say the senju beat them but we've only received 2 or 3 high tier Senju.

Not only that, but during battles Hashirama could've been helping out the Senju with a mokuton technique, it does cover a large enough area to provide support.
