Even Transmigrant logic supports the Blindness theory.

If Indra's MS cannot lose it's light, then why did Sasuke and Madara who were Indra's transmigrants lose the light in their MS ? If Indra's MS was immune to Blindness then his transmigrants who are basically reincarnations of himself should also have thier MS's immune to Blindness.

However, Sasuke and Madara lost the light in their eyes which means that Indra might have lost the light in his MS too.

Sasuke and Madara transplanted their brother's eyes to awaken EMS to bypass Blindness. I think Indra transplanted his father's eyes (Hagoromo was the only person who had a doujutsu, Ashura didn't have a doujutsu) and awakened a mutated Spiral Rinnegan as was shown in the Manga. Indra's blindness would also have easily led to Indra being tempted by Black Zetsu, where it is hinted in the manga that both co-operated to do something, perhaps kill Hagoromo's and take his eyes.

This is why the Anime showed the Sasuke design as Indra's MS initially. Maybe they want to bring the Spiral Eyes next so that they can solidfy the filler as cannon.

Isn't it the end of this filler arc?
We won't have answers for Indra's spiral eyes nor for Ashura's avatar.

For Indra's MS, there are many ways to explain that he didn't go blind.
1/God tree, it wasn't completely erased of the planet.
2/Ashura's cells.
3/He is the son of the sage and has inherited a little part of the power that allowed Naruto to remake an eye for Kakashi.
4/Does it work if you take your son's MS?It's possible given how old he was in this filler.

For Indra's MS being the same as Sasuke, it's strange, but that would explain why Madara was attracted by Sasuke's eyes, and why Orochimaru sees more potential in Sasuke than in Madara, his MS are the most similar to the originals.

For his spiral MS, he said during these fillers that more he suffers, more powerfull those eyes become.
He had children, so he found a woman to create them.That makes a lot of people to kill to make his MS evolve again and again.
Who knows what happens when a MS user kills his wife, and finally take the MS of his daughter before killing her?

And Ashura's cells could be the explanation of those spiral eyes, although they would probably become rinnegans.
Or god tree chakra made his MS evolve.

That chakra power comes from Eternal Mangekyou which strengthens your doujutsu and its chakra and powers.

no they weren't...the only way to have eternal mangekyo is if you transplant them hence the name...kakashi's sure as hell were not eternal mangekyo...kakashi busted out perfect susanoo thanks to the six paths chakra obito collected from madara (which is what kakashi said right after using kamui shuriken)...and indra is self explanatory

true but the fact that the manga had Indra and Ashura fight after the decision has been made and with Indra having his signature eyes NOT freaking sasuke's begs otherwise.

Also that IF Indra were to implant Hagoromo's eyes, it would be Hagoromo's. Much like Obito/Nagato having Madara's eyes.

in the ANIME, Hagoromo and his kids were old. Highly doubt that that if by some miracle Indra implanting RINNEGAN would transform into his signature spiral SHARINGAN, he and Ashura would still be young.

Notice how it doesn't say the third power is an incomplete Susanoo, or imperfect Susanoo, it says that the third power is Susanoo, therefore there is no need to assume it does not include Perfect Susanoo because that is part of the terminology, Susanoo. Most Uchiha's, who did not have Rikiduo chakra or power, will be blinded, from the great stress Susanoo puts on the sharingan, before they will even awaken the 2nd stage out of 3 stages of Susanoo. Unless you can show me other Manga scan's saying that PS is an EMS property, then Susanoo will continue to be MS tech, no matter what stage Susanoo you have, it is still Susanoo.

Yes I am aware of this, however you only just proved my point. Ms cant do it. But EMS can. All EMS is, is a powered up MS with stronger abilities and no loss of sight. For Indra to have abilities as strong as he does his eyes cant be holdinh him back. His MS is special and not going blind. And with your theory of Six Paths chakra in play it only proves the point that his MS isnt going blind. That was the point in all this.

However we know that the curse of hatred is what seals off their Mangekyou so Indra might or might not suffer from it and passed it to his descendents. Especially since we know the Eye seals itself not the chakra in the body.
